Hello agents, and welcome back to another Division 2 video. I'm truly excited to be sharing one of the strongest DPS builds for dark zone PVP. The damage you can put out with the Strikers battlegear gearset is absolutely insane and is the strongest gearset in the game, hands down.
So I'm running this build with the coyote mask. The coyote mask is nice to have because it will give you 25% critical hit damage by just having it equipped right off the bat. And, since I'm also running an assault rifle as my secondary weapon, the shield splinterer, it makes the coyote mask more beneficial to have because you will be getting even more critical hit chance and damage the further you are from an enemy. So I have both critical hit chance and damage maxed out for the mask. And one thing to note is that since you will be getting an increase in your critical hit chance from the coyote mask, it would be in your best interest not to be completely capped at 60% critical hit chance. What I do, and what I recommend you do as well is once you reach anywhere from 44 to 52 critical hit chance, stop adding critical hit chance and add more critical hit damage. So you may just want to add critical hit damage mods for example. Unfortunately for me though, from the lack of better pieces, my base critical hit chance is 58%
Having the named belstone armory vest, the everyday carrier, will aid big time with survivability. This is thanks to not only the 1% armor regen that you get from having one piece of the belstone brandset equipped, but also the talent, perfectly efficient. Having the talent perfectly efficient is almost like having infinite armor kits. So never hesitate to use an armor kit whenever you need to. Using an armor kit has a 75% chance to not consume the armor kit. So you will be getting back most of the armor kits that you use. And on top of that, specialization armor kit bonuses are increased by 100%. So this is why I highly recommend you use the firewall specialization with this build. Having the extracellular matrix mesh talent which recovers 200% armor and health over the span of 10 seconds is highly favored in PvP. And with the perfectly efficient vest equipped, you will be getting that 100% increase applied to your firewall kit, right? So if you use a firewall kit, you're going to be healing both your health and armor, rapidly.
The Striker's gamble talent is incredible, and by having the striker backpack equipped, you will be dealing out even more damage.
And a good replacement for the ouroboros are any of the vectors, including the named dark winter vector. But honestly, the vector SBR 9mm will be the best. Just roll optimist on this weapon and you're good to go. The vector is a great alternative because of its high RPM. In fact, the ouroboros is actually an exotic vector for those who don't know.
For the skills, the defender drone and decoy work great. But the decoy may not fit your playstyle so feel free to use an explosive seeker mine for the secondary skill or whatever works for you. The mods on my defender drone are deflect duration, health, and damage reduction. The defender drone is great because it will help with your survivability in close-range combat. And for the decoy, 7.5% health and 7.5% duration.
And for the stats, 58.5% critical hit chance and 148% critical hit damage on the ouroboros. 37.5% critical hit chance and 138% critical hit damage on the shield splinterer.

Nice build you can get the blueprint for the shield splitter by getting reconstruct crates from the gamemode descent
that if you play that boring not fun at all mod...is more fun that depressing Summit than this descent.
The fact that is feel like you play in bikinis and enemies are full tank armor, is not fun at all....
All is fun till you pass few loops, and enemies become too buff sudden .
And Nemessis is a straight cheat in your face.
They said it should be a copy of your build??!!!
But how the fuk he hit harder and has more armor and health if he use same equipment like the player ???!!!

The mod would been more fun if enemies where using exactly same armor stats and weapons dmg, and would compensate by having a better AI mind develop .
But we not gonna see this with this lazy devs.
How come that Fear games release in 2005 !!! and the AI is smart in those games, they know to not repat mistakes they use tricks, sneaking around use equipment in a smart way.....so those devs could made it in 2005...and Boobisoft can't do it today ??!!

LOL...this is the build i use in legendary missions...as a Striker DPS/TANK.
The difference is that i use Catharsis mask...but rest is identical, same weapons....same skills.
You should mention that after you unlock Splinter Cell weapon after killing all hunters in DC map, the weapon will be sold every week at secret vendor Mendoza.
Only players that unlock it can see it in her selling inventory, and also each week is coming with different stats/ attributes .

Good build and very clear description, "well dun my friend" how Trevor from GTA5 is saying...
There is another Striker TANK build with Technician [for that 1 skill point] and using Fenris chest [Obliterate] and Memento with shield and artificer hive + Elmo AR and Banshee SMG....at tier 2 artificer hive is very efficient to heal your shield.
Is not a face tank but he can dish dmg and take dmg more than other DPS in team....
I tested and is working well, if stay near a cover so you could go back in case of "oh shit" situations.
So you can melt legendary ai with this build? I'm currently using striker with sr-1 sniper HS build but there is no survivability as a trade off for 350% HS damage.
@@1Ezk if you want a Sniper build with solid dmg and suitability than use this:
1x Ninja backpack
3x Hotshot [you get ammo back, bonus armor, bonus hds-dmg]
1x Airaldy [Headhunter talent, with hds-dmg and armor regen]\
1x Habsburg [ hds-dmg and armor regen]
you can let that Habsburg armor core, and you get 1.1 armor, as a sniper that is good to survive.
Experiment with how much armor you need and how much dmg you lose.
When i made this build i had 1.3 armor...than i reduce at 1.1....and now i only have the Ninja armor....but is up to you what you feel you need.
The two armor regen lines will heal you in cover slow and sure.
Use the pop-shot technique [quick-scope], fix your center aim on head enemies from cover than pop and shoot.
In legendary enemies are doing a lot of dmg so Focus talent will not work because if you aim too much with your scope you will be killed fast.
Rifles to use:
M700 is the most powerful in the game from elite ones, but slow as hell [ my dmg at expertise 16 is 1.6 on my build]
White Death with that huge hds-dmg bonus is top of the line, and is faster than M700
SR-1 is looking cool and the dmg is in between M700 and White Death [my favorite for DZ, yeah is right i am using a sniper build in DZ]
Secondary weapon:
Dread is the best against heavy do to the fact that you shoot so fast that Hotshot dmg stucks are build fast and you destroy their helmet and kill them in 1-2 mags.
Elmo/ Eagle against rushers or other enemies sneaking around just swap fast Dread for one of these two AR and you will be fine
Handgun:
D50 with Determined , nothing will beat this gun [only if you have Regulus the holy grail revolver in this game]
Skills:
Scaner puse/ or Big shield [the shield will keep keeping you alive in many OH-SHIT situations, just pop it and automatic you will have that handgun cannon D50 equip and start blasting their heads]
Decoy one of the best skills for sniper, you help yourself be safe from those pesky drones, but also you help the team
[best skill for sniper in DZ, you just keep it in hand when your hiding and your nameplate will be hidden]
Now...have fun...and GIT GUD with headshots mon ami !

I never had any success with any build with less then 90% Hazard and Explosive protection and 40-50% elite protection.
@@dimakalina1971 Before they buff so much enemies that even on Hard they hit like a truck, many tank builds where strong.
Now tanking them is not anymore so efficient, always you need to stay near some cover to let Artificer hive heal your shield...not cool at all.
So the king of all builds for any content is Striker....you destroy everything with this build on any difficulty
The DPS Striker i use is:
1x Catharsis mask [more benefits than Coyote...Catharsis heal you , purge effects, give you raw dmg]
1x Fenris + Obliterate
4x Striker [backpack is a must have, that one will level up your dmg ]
Weapons:
AR loudout
Elmo + Banshee

Hello Sword. Hello Prajna. Another great build video. I do love using Strikers but only in pve. Thanks for telling use only 52% crit hit chances and a higher percent of crit hit damage, I put those on my Umbra build with Memento. Question: Does Umbra help in PvP?

Great video! I'm trying to put this build together, and have an Everyday Carrier rolled with max hazard protection and max armor regen. Which one should I recalibrate to CHD/CHC for DZ?
Roll off the hazard protection and keep the armor regen.
Roll critical hit damage instead, unless your critical hit chance is lower than 40%

@@Bishop_CSB yeah bro it’s a cool weapon to use it’s very accurate so you can easily hit more shots than with other weapons which can actually make a big difference but without a dmg talent and lacking stats it’s weird.

Banshee is also a good option, more base damage than the vector, high rpm, and it has the 21 % critical hit damage, which is not the case on the shield splinterer.
