Hello Petra I was wondering if you can tell me something I was having a prostate biopsy, they did 16 cores but seeing a hypoechoic shadow did 2 extra cores! Can you tell me what in this case a hypoechoic shadow is? Many thanks

Prostatic cancers are hypoechoic so they did some focused biopsies thro that area
