Smogono, I see you always having a flail and not a normal tiered sword on your characters. For what situations do you use it over divinity? Is it the same as normal tiered but just better? Or is it only for stacking pre-phase shots

flail is double damage of normal sword but 50% rate of fire. 2 shots out of 3 armor pierce, so it does more damage on not 0def targets.
I use it for chasing situations, when its hard to hit the divinity beam or for some stacking situations for a lot of burst with flail,divinity beam, escu/buckler.
Also t14 swords and flail have more dps than divinity if u got berserk.
