Sump guard is good if you do off roading . and i gave pan and aadhar thats it nothing much was required

SIr an honest advise if you live and continously drive in hilly areas go for himalayan it has a more powerfull engine than meteor and will be better choice

I did 250km in a single stretch with pillion and luggage on my meteor (touring seat , touring footpegs ‘ big wind sheild)
And I didn’t took a single break it just took 2.5-3 hr to reach destination
There is A very sweet spot ar 90-95kmph
Where bike feels like a Butter.
Sir, please clear one thing. Suppose 500km me 1st service hua. Next 2500 km baad main long tour ka plan banaya. Agar tab main RE ke paas bike checkup k liye le gaya, will they consider it as 2nd free servicing? Kyun ki meteor ka to 2nd service after 5000km baad hai. In that case do I need to change engine oil? Aur wo engine oil kya muje RE wala hi dalna padega ya I can bring my own oil like motul???
B4 2nd service engine change krne k jrorat nhi,,tum baas bike diagnose karwao aur kuch nhi
I have done Pune-Leh trip on my Standard 500. Absolutely no issues faced. Had also got bike checked midway at Chandigarh as well as Leh, that's the reach of RE 😉. I wouldn't recommend to keep additional clutch cable routed already as it's ends will always be exposed to elements of nature and that will wear out the additional cable faster. Better to carry it as a spare and install it in case the installed one snaps.

Yes, you can go but go non stop only after 2500Km done on the bike .

Just want to confirm, is it the correct statement that we can change engine oil for meteor 350 after 9-10k km ride?
Brother if you take my personal advise , dont strech any oil beyong 5000 Km as it will reduce your engine life , so change the engine oil every 5K Km . Waise RE says 10k km as they want to show that the vehicle requires less maintenance which impacts the engine life 2000%.

Nitin ji, saddle stay ka kya solution hai meteor 350 ke liye? Aman ji se zara puchiyega kya RE ka original panier stay ko hum saddle stay ke hisab se use kar sakte hain, but bo stay thoda jyada distance main rehta hai.

whatever you do, change liquid gun oil from enfield at maximum 4000-4500 km to keep engine good, otherwise the oil becomes very bad. change oil at less KMs say 3000-4000 if you drive fast. No way it will last 10,000Kms, will ruin the engine. Dont know why Enfield says this semi synthetic oil can last 10K.
