- You are watching my Fire Emblem: Three Houses romance/support conversation series. In this series I will feature support conversations between some of my favorite characters. You can expect to see the main protagonist with different companions and also support conversations between different characters.
When it comes to some of my favorite romantic partners, I will turn them into a "romance" video which will include all the support conversations, Goddess Tower scene, and S Rank marriage scene. Hope you enjoy!

Between that and the scarecrow, Flayn mentioning that he supposedly hit on animals, and he even hits on a weed if he and Ingrid are picked for weeding, I literally asked myself "How horny is this man?!".

She lost her birth father before she was even born, then her mother married into a family that discarded the two of them once she bore the family head a crest-bearing child. That's a brother she never bonded with. Then they were taken in by a merchant who only sees her as valuable because of her crest and is constantly trying to marry her off.
Then there's Ashe who struggles with his adoptive brother and father's death over the course of years.
So, yeah, every member of the Blue Lions could use a counselor.

I’m so attached to the Blue Lion characters that I had to play the route twice before any other story

Seeing Sylvain actually flustered and vulnerable when he was talking to her in the A+ support shows that Ingrid is one of the only people he’s legitimately in love with
And it’s just ADORABLE
It's nice how their children didn't inherit crests. It's probably such a comfort for Sylvain and Ingrid knowing their children will never have to deal with what they went through themselves.
Even then, they wont pressure their kids like that if they had crests. Both of them went through tough times for being born with one. Im sure if they did had a crest baby, they will give him/her their full support
In the original Japanese version actually Sylvain didn’t make eyes with a scarecrow, it was that he hit on a guy dressed up in women’s clothing lol

Felix is probably the most stable and levelheaded one of the all the Blue Lions. Sure, he's got some regrets with his brother and angry at his dad, but those feelings are probably the most normal ones out there with the most properly handed care. He isn't damaged nor is he going to extremes to cover up the pain. He just deals with them and moves on.
i love their dynamic and their chemistry its cute how much they care about eachother and want to protect eachother and i kinda of felt they were meant to b when i saw them together in one of the promos for the game when he puts his hands on her shoulders when their training

Makes it kind of sad when you see them fight. Ingrid doesn't give a crap about Sylvain when she fights him.
This (specially the A+ and epilogue), puts a smile on my face. And a tear out my eyes.

Sylvain’s support with Ingrid has to be my favourite and that’s saying a lot knowing there’s Felix, Dorothea, and Mercedes’.
I know. I tried to get them to marry in my last run, but Sylvain ended up with a platonic ending with Felix. T_T
This is why I want there to be S-supports. They could easily be done by making them available only in the final month of each run.
@@darkdill I'd rather not honestly. The lack of S supports makes things feel way, waaay more natural and leads to a lot of the A supports being way better as a result. The S supports in Awakening and Fates felt REALLY forced and damaged the characters in my opinion, 3H handles it the best.
darkdill Platonic, sure... Btw, were you on BL or other routes? The Felix/Sylvain ending on other routes is super sad. Felix becomes a mercenary while Sylvain stays a noble. They never meet again after the war but decades later Sylvain finds Felix’s sword on his doorstep, which means the owner of the sword has died in medieval europe.
@@soniatsui7606 Oof I've only done BL and GD so far, that really sounds sad. I'm half-tempted to recruit Felix and Annette for when I do my Black Eagles run for maximum heartbreak lol

Not gonna lie, it's very cliche being childhood friends and all, and the platonic relationship they had at the start unlike other girls where Sylvain flirts. But it's a nice cliche, and it kinda works. Ingrid always looking after Sylvain because she cares for his well-being while Sylvain slowly starts to like her more in a deeper way
Some cliches are worth keeping
It's pretty much the "first girl/guy wins" trope, where the person ends up with their old friend who they knew as children. But it works cuz they also know each other better. Sylvain acts far more natural around his friends than he does with most anyone else.

I belive they are soulmates, if you level up their magic, Sylvain will learn mostly fire spells while Ingrid will learn mostly ice spells, they really are the Song of Ice And Fire

Phrasing, Ingrid, phrasing.
I’m glad I paired these two together.
Idea for an S-support between these two. This would take place in the final month of a route.
Sylvain is in the midst of a battle when he is knocked to the ground by the enemy commander. Before said commander can finish Sylvain off, Ingrid swoops in and takes him out, effectively ending the battle. As Sylvain thanks Ingrid for the save, Ingrid lets out a loud sigh as she says "What would you do without me, Sylvain?" Since she asked, and since Sylvain is already on his knees, he takes the opportunity to reach into his satchel and pull out a ring, admitting to Ingrid that he really can't live without her. Ingrid is completely shocked by this, as she thought Sylvain wanted to remain friends. Sylvain says that he can't simply see her as a friend anymore, and that since she's always been there for him, he wishes to make her happy for the rest of her life. All around them, their soldiers (i.e. from their battalions) cheer them on, much to Ingrid's embarrassment. At the urging of their troops, who think they are a perfect match, Ingrid accepts Sylvain's proposal. Overjoyed by Ingrid's acceptance, Sylvain surprises everyone by kissing her. Obviously, everyone starts cheering for the two, though Ingrid gets mad at Sylvain in a "Not here, you dummy!" sort of way.

I notice how in Silvain/Ingrid support, they specifically said that none of their kids bear a crest. In his other support, like with Mercedes, it only said that his successor bear no crest while leaving the rest to our interpretation.
Good: Sylvain loving his children equally without crests (cute and heartfelt aside that compliments his backstory). Meh: Ingrid doesn't become a knight - and quick additional "her tenacious fighting prowess made quick work of any bandits who threatened Sreng" would've added so much.

Question: I had Lysithea and Lorenz at rank A support but she married Ignatz instead. Is the marriage decided by who gets to Rank A first or how many battles they were in together?
Hmm ... I think it depends on some behind the scenes points. Because even after you get to A rank, if you continue to put them together in battle, they still can get the hearts. I definitely had someone who married someone that wasn't their first A rank (I had Felix A rank Lysithea first but he married Bernadetta later). But it's also possible that it's determined by how many battles they were in together too.
@@Yic17Studio I dug a little deeper and according to serenes forest forums, it seems that the character that has A rank support with any ally among his/her 3 most closest allies will marry one of them at the end. So if you want a specific pair ending, you must not let that character have rank A support with any other possible partner.

I learned the hard way that A+ takes precedence. I was trying to pair up Edelgard with Dorothea but Edelgard had the A+ with Linhardt already (cuz I wanted to view the entire support chain). Needless to say, Edelgard/Linhardt was a rather underwhelming pairing and not what I wanted for either of them xD

I go back and forth between Ingrid, Mercedes and Felix for him. It really depends on who I'm pairing the entire Blue Lions house with, cuz that will influence every couple.

I watched this after Sylvain X Mercedes, the first half of the end-card is the same for Mercedes and Ingrid.
Most characters have their ending cards read similarly. Most of Sylvain start with him ending up as the new Margrave Gautier etc. It's their partner who usually changes things up a bit.
Why these Two reminds me of Sheena & Zelos.
