Willie Lose is a very underrated commentator. I love to listen to his commentary during the Mitre 10 cup. Should be given an opportunity to commentate on bigger games.

I don't think anyone can deny that, along with Japan, Italy is one of the fastest improving teams in Rugby at the moment
U20s maybe - but not the senior squad. Plus England beat them 46-0 (Eng home)in the 6N. To be fair Ireland only beat them by a single point. (Ireland away)
It's been 17 years since the senior team is playing at top level and it's the 8th edition of the U20 Championship Italy participate in, and they both still struggle to make some decent results(Italy U20 as of today never managed to enter the top 10 in the World Rugby U20 Championship). So no, Italy is far from being one of the fastest improving team in rugby. Argentina, Japan and Georgia are.
What has Japan or Georgia made to be better than Italy? Has Georgia ever beaten Wales/Ireland/Scotland/France? And Japan? We noticed Japan when they won against South Africa and Italy did that too. Italy would win the Six Nations 2 every year, just as Georgia does. The difference is that Italy gained the right to play in the 6 Nations 1 after beating France, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. When Georgia will beat all those teams I will admit they should be allowed to take the Italian spot in the Six Nations.
when you give same chance to georgia what in past had given to italy then you can talk about that :) why you are not talking about that georgia plays only onece in year to one of six nations teams how can we inprove if we dont play to best teams ? you give japan chance you give argentina chance but not georgia so dont talk about georgia

Ouch! They beat baby ABs last year and now this...
They are plagued by injuries this year. Most of them were key players in the 6N too.
Scuba Steve Injuries is always an unwanted occurances - But come on Italy? Given this result maybe I had underestimated Italy. I would however, have thought any of the home nations could have produced a whole new second squad and still win. At least Ireland manage to convert the talent more efficently to the Seniors.
Ya, we should have better depth to be honest. I blame the 1st half performance more than injuries. Ireland U20's always seem to start slow.
