Discover what her jewelry and adornment can tell us about life and women in ancient Greece. Join our Sacred Adornment education program, where students explore questions like, "What is an adornment? Who was adorned in ancient times, and who is adorned today? What do adornments say about someone?" Students will discover the answers to these questions through the cultures and art of ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Greece, and Rome and enjoy an opportunity to create their own piece of jewelry!
