In the matter of "Revenge on the Roas" (Baba & Boogie) or perhaps more appropriately"Justice for the Roas" (Arkin & Jennifer), I suspect, given the age difference, Alice is actually Arkin's daughter, _not_ his sister. Leiss would possibly have been given orders to bring Michaela back alive on the off chance she was pregnant. This would make Alice Roa Jennifer's niece, of course, not her sister, but it hardly matters for their relationship. Furthermore. I suspect that the first time Val (Walrium) would meet Arkin would be when he brought his newborn daughter to Emily George, the widow of the man who'd saved his life in an alley one night, to beg her to raise & protect his little girl, realizing that this is something he cannot do himself.
