  • Recently, I gained more weight as I spent more time at home.
    So I started to go on a diet.
    I am controlling what I eat and exercise but there are a lot of things I want to eat since I limit the types of food. At a time like this, I would like to introduce 4 types of food that you can deliciously eat without gaining much weight.

      @@yius I recently discovered I loved dancing and it helped me lose weight,, so i'd just tell you to exercise, eat a lot of red fruit and portion control. It's natural to gain weight, it fluctuates as we grow up! You don't even need to lose it if you don't want. Don't stress about it :)

    I'm glad you're eating well even though you're trying to lose some weight! It's so important to still keep enjoying food and not restrict yourself so that your diet is sustainable and still fun. These recipes look so delicious I'll take inspiration from them just for my everyday

    Believe me as soon as you start eating healthy you will start to love it
    At some point you will perfer it over unhealthy food and when some more time passes you will start eating healthy naturally, not just a diet but a life style change
    You just have to start, it is okay to fail but at some point you will find something you love and you will get used to eating healthy
    Junk food is basically an addiction, you must have lots of will power and control over your choices and that is it

      yeah honestly this quarantine has made that abundantly clear to me... literally a couple minutes ago i went into my pantry for a snack, saw a snickers bars and immediately my brain said nahhh. 2 weeks ago i would’ve eaten it and more candy and like fried stuff with no remorse

      I jog in our yard and I do exercises at home so I didn't gain any weight 👍🏻 but i want to lose weight so I'm trying to find a diet that suits me the most and start with it 🙄 I'm trying to take advantage of the quarantine

    I've been on "healthy" food for several years now and I started preferring them more as time went by. It's easy to say no to certain foods once you stop taking them for sometime, I guess you cut-off a sort of addiction. Now, I feel vibrant and 'fresh' inside when I eat healthy and when I see junk or fatty food, they're not appetizing. Sometimes even disgusting

      Same! I am a sprinter in track and also swim and play soccer, and recently ive gone on a diet to optimize performance (im 15) and honestly sometimes it disgusts me that most of the food in stores are full of harmful chemicals, all to get a "perfect" taste

      I think our brain craves what it is used to have, like for ex if you play video games you will want to play it every day, well it’s the same with food, if you eat unhealthy food often you will want it on a daily basis and if you eat healthy foods you will crave them as well. The difference is that those unhealthy foods are not necessary to your body and you won’t miss them at all, whereas veggies and whole food is full of important nutrients

    아예 살이안찔수없는 음식은 없는것같아요.

    I like how you don’t heavily restrict your food intake (unlike others I have seen that eat under 1000 calories a day) and your meals are very balanced. This is the way to go to lose weight and maintain it! So proud!!❤️

    Just a reminder here:
    EAT WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY.
    Not eating will make your body think that it is going on "starvation". And the next time you would eat, it'll store fat instead of processing it.
    But also don't over eat.
    If you notice you have eaten more than you typically eat. Stop eating for about 5 minutes. If you're still hungry, then continue. If you don't, then don't.

      this is actually wrong. we eat too much. often times when we are "hungry", it's our body habitually wanting food, or an addiction to carbs. Our body does not go into starvation mode unless we are actually starving. fasting is a thing, and very healthy. only when I started eating less and allowing my stomach to be empty at times did I lose weight, and it improved my health immensely. allowing your stomach to be empty sometimes is a good thing, so much of our body's energy goes to digestion, and when we allow digestion to complete and not start again it gives the body time to take care of the other necessary processes. our body will burn fat as it needs to, and even then, that's after 12-18 hours of not eating. our body has glycogen stores to take care of any energy needs before then.

      @@McSquiddles Thank you for saying the correct info. I fast regularly and do OMAD. I've relearned how to eat again thanks to fasting. Now I can progress to 2MAD and focus on gaining muscle.

      Instead of eating when you're hungry just drink water. It fills your stomach and makes you lose that feeling of wanting to shove something into your mouth. It also keeps you hydrated and helps prevent eating too much during a meal :)

    Everything looks so good and yummy! Also a little tip of mine is to make sauces yogurt based, for ex some unflavored yogurt mixed with mustard and spices/herbs and salt is really a nice dip and a very light one😉

    It’s not that I don’t eat healthy, but I find it difficult to start eating like you even tho I know it’s healthier. I immediately feel guilty after eating a grain of something and feel satisfied when I eat less or not eat at all. I’ll try to eat like you. Thank you for sharing this video with us and making me aware that eating normal amounts of healthy food helps you lose weight and not gain weight.

    저는 다이어트를 하면서 마지님을 구독하게되었는데 오늘 올려주신 레시피들 너무 좋네요 ㅎㅎ 단기간감량이 아닌이상 중간중간 기분전환식으로 먹으면 너무 좋을거같아요..!
    김밥도 무슨 김밥인지는 알거같았는데 청양고추넣은마요네즈가 포인트네요!!
    그리고 아실지 모르겠지만 요즘은 곤약면도 넓적하게? 나오더라구요 ㅎㅎ 식감이 더욱 있어서 비빔이나 샐러드용으로도 저는 더 좋은거 같아요!

    The video is so aesthetically pleasing!
    Just some tips to lower calorie intake:
    Instead of frying the egg in oil, it's healthier to just cook it to hard boiled egg. Mayo is quite fatty, it has a lot of oil in it, sadly. I try to use it sparingly. It's also better to buy your own raw chicken instead of the one in sauce/marinade and just add salt and pepper / rosemary and lemon, or other spices you like. And the tofu noodles... idk, I prefer rice noodles. It's not that hard to make pasta sauce from scratch! The premade ones do have a lot of sugar in them.
    These are just general helpful tips, I don't mean to tell you what to do, just many years of experience. :) (And it's totally normal for your weight to go up and down to some extent!)

    i love the vibes, the idea and everything. The only thing that "bothers" me is why do you need to buy precooked chicken? Like getting a piece or 2 of chicken breast and cook it yourself its a) way healthier than the other one with all the preservatives and b) you can put whatever seasoning you like so you can make it way more delicious. You can boil it, grill it, fry it, chop it up and then put it in a stir fry. You have unlimited optios. my point is try to make more "healthier" options that its actually good for you and the enviroment since every chicken breast comes with its own plasitc packaging!
    Loved the video, i just wanted to give you a small tip :)

    A type of food that replaces pasta and I like to eat when I'm on a diet are zucchini noodles with normal pasta sauce. It's filling and delicious. I recommend it

    Tip: oil contains a lot of calories, so if you want to lose weight faster I recommend using less oil

      Yes this is so true!! I think the first few weeks are the hardest. You’ll want to break your diet and just give in to the temptation that is fast food. But once you get the will and determination to skip it... you’re going to vow not to eat it ever again! 🤣

      Okay but what happens when you eventually eat them again and go crazy and binge on them because it's been so long since you've had them? Do you really think it's sustainable or realistic to plan on just avoiding those foods for the rest of your life?
      I allow myself to eat whatever I want whenever I want and eventually you stop craving it so much because it's not as tempting when you're allowed to have it when you want. Lol

    When I started cooking, we had a really dull knife. I learned to cook with that, but it broke one day. When we got a new knife, it was so sharp that I almost hurt myself because I was used to working with a dull knife.
