because in indonesia bus jurney have a long range trip, longest is about 3000 km even more from most west sumatra island to most east java island, it take 50 hours jurney thats why we need a comfortable bus
But the trip from jember to medan is not served by a comfortable bus. The trip from jember (east java) to medan (north sumatra) is served by economy class and use an old bus. It was really extreme journey, 50 hours without toilet, comfort seat, and no free meal, we have to pay the food. And because the bus is too old, so while on the road the bus is often gets damaged

Every passanger bus in every class of bus got free meal ..even economic bus class...the different is kind of food..serving and restaurant...the first class bus give us more special serve more comfort and private on our trip...
