This tribute has been pretty much sitting in my head for a long long time and I'm glad I finally got it finished! Took me 8 hours with my unfortunately very simple windows movie maker freezing every 10 minutes but it was worth it. Perhaps if one day I finally get a better computer and movie making program, I will re-make this with fancier effects - still hope you guys enjoy it!
Alfred Pennyworth has been my most favorite character in the DC comic book universe for as long as I could remember, and FOX's Gotham has just been amazing with allowing Alfred to be explored to his full potential as a fully realized character and not just a pop culture caricature. In just 10 episodes, they've given him a complexity that no other live action has done and I simply can't wait to see what else they will bring to his story after that amazing and badass character display in the mid-season finale!
Thank you Gotham for writing this wonderfully layered character, and thank you to Sean Pertwee for bringing him to life with some a perfect mix of roughness and gentleness!
This is the Alfred we deserve and the Alfred we need!

Definitely, my favorite character in Gotham and that is saying a lot since there are so many great characters in this show. It's just that he is so badass in this version that I don't even mind that he is missing his infamous mustache.

Who's gonna run this town? I think the answer is pretty clear! Oswald Cobblepot is! He pretty much made that clear when he declared himself " King Of Gotham!"

Oswald certainly wants to and tries, but I think we all know that if Alfred wanted to, he could run this town easily and and kept everyone in line - the only reason he doesn't care so much about that stuff is because he's held back by Bruce - if Alfred really wanted it and put his mind to it, he would be the most dangerous man in Gotham
