  • Today I am trying the Ciate London Stamp & Drag eyeliner pen to see how well it works - this is my first impression as I've never tried it before! Let me know what you think of it? I love that it's dual-ended, this means you can really perfect your winged eyeliner.

To get really perfect you should drag the stamp actually, you stamp and drag to the inside of your eye, and afeter you do the details with the fine linner.

These type of products have been out for a while (I got my first version off Amazon at least 6 years ago), but they all have the same issues you came across in using this one... Where they are all basically made out of the same material so they make it hard to get a good solid stamp and then the pen side is usually not of the greatest quality and aren't the easiest to really perfect the wing to make it nice and sharp and line across the lid, especially for a beginner. It would be so awesome if Ciate had actually tried to improve the product instead of just making a more expensive yet subpar version of what already exists. Don't get me wrong, I usually absolutely love most of Ciate's products but this is a huge miss considering better versions exist for half the price.

Honestly just doing the wings seems faster than stamping

I think it’s more beneficial for those who are new to winged liner that need a guide to follow. But I do feel like the stamp could do with being a bit smaller.

@@ShonaghScottI struggle getting both eyes to match lol. So I appreciate the stamp but felt it was too big as well. So I bought a cheaper version & used an X-Acto knife to reshape the stamp side…..it works perfectly.
