"I'll keep him as busy as a rabbit in a lettuce patch". I get a kick out of lines like that. Thanks for uploading old shows that have such entertaining writing.!! Don't find that in today's shows, keep them coming!
Great stuff; in Australia, I watched these movies on a Saturday arvo in the 50's. I used to get a shilling for the movies, sixpence for entrance and sixpence for eats, a wonderful time for a kid.
the scenery is why i loved california so much from childhood.. the rolling golden hills with liveoak and other scrub.. green in spring golden after 2 weeks or so...cali has all sceneries contained within one state.
Even the busiest lawman has to take out a little time to visit with his daddy 😊😊😊, Dicky's mom telling Sheriff Gramps he's gotta get ready for the stage 😊. Imagine....
this is the sort of movie kids should be brought up on unlike cimarron strip, the hero is the good old fashioned kind that you can aspire to be like, not your wannabe hard men that make it up as they go along, and always bullying people, and that's only the marshal
Holy Moly Rocky, you took yur hat off!! 14:00 and counting....don't see any ring of super-glue (that'd be horse-hoof glue back in the day). Maybe it's held on with vacuum, 🙃
Wonder why all of these Rocky movies have an old character named Nugget in it. Why would they so conveniently let this killers horse saddled all night tied to a hitching rail? Would be cruel and unusual to do that to a horse.
makes you wonder, who today, could carve a kids toy out of wood, to that standard ? there are still a few wooden models made, but there more of a collectors item
@Glennsten Bergkvist Thanks. I'll await some movie recommendations. Can't believe you didn't mention Eddy Waller or Arthur Honeycutt as side characters. After all the entertainment they gave you 😉🤠
Another movie totally destroyed by the 10th rate acting abilities of Smiley Burnette & Fuzzy Knight's closes imbecile relation Eddy Waller! They all 3 share a single brain cell.
I love these old westerns, perfect
The one-liners are priceless, these old western fairy tales will live forever good honest entertainment.

Classic western great cinematography and awesome scenery thanks a lot
Now, that was a surprisingly excellent western movie. Thanks for posting!

🐎 Yay! I love these old Western movies!❤ 🎥Rocky Lane 🌟
Great work! Thanks a bunch for this.
Excellent when westerns were made outside not in a studio
Great movie. Loved it
Great old time movie!
Good movie and my first time watching it
Thanks for sharing it! I always enjoy watching Old Western Movies though. 👍👌👏
An of course, I'm a subscriber!
Thanks Again Though.
Great Western movie
Very good movie. I just wish it wasn't so dark, but I guess with the film being so old, that can't be helped.
I love this kind of movies.from india
very nice movie
That was a good one!!
The scenery alone is worth watching in these movies. This was before plastic bags, plastic bottles and asphalt littered the landscape.
the scenery is why i loved california so much from childhood.. the rolling golden hills with liveoak and other scrub.. green in spring golden after 2 weeks or so...cali has all sceneries contained within one state.
...no smut, no swearing, I love it ! Poor horses though, with gunshots going off right next to their ears...
Yeah. They didn't pay the horses enough for what they had to go through.
Even the busiest lawman has to take out a little time to visit with his daddy 😊😊😊, Dicky's mom telling Sheriff Gramps he's gotta get ready for the stage 😊. Imagine....
Really good realistic theme. I guess such things must have really happened.
Barcroft and Lane are at each other in every episode they’re together. Barcroft seldom anything but a bad guy in films.
Lovely movie👍 😁👌👌👌👍👍👍😍🥰😘
BELEZA DE IMAGEM. ROCK LANE MEU ÍDOLO DE INFÂNCIA, JUVENTUDE E VELHICE!!! ESTÁ NO CÉU DISTRAINDO DEUS E OS ANJOS COM SEUS FILMES!!!
A sad episode but ended the wright way ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Prototype for the Bonanza series me thinks.
Filmed in Chatsworth, CA.
I'm still trying to figure how the outlaw with the dynamite in his hand did not get blown to heck when the side of the hill did.
GOOD MOVIE.
Tim says, "law! We haven't got any law around here," as the sheriff was locking a robber up.
this is the sort of movie kids should be brought up on unlike cimarron strip, the hero is the good old fashioned kind that you can aspire to be like, not your wannabe hard men that make it up as they go along, and always bullying people, and that's only the marshal
Enjoyed the old gold.
We underestimate our elderly, at our own peril..!!!
The movie this story awesomel
I like these films
Roy Barcroft steals the show.
Holy Moly Rocky, you took yur hat off!! 14:00 and counting....don't see any ring of super-glue (that'd be horse-hoof glue back in the day). Maybe it's held on with vacuum, 🙃
Fine Western with small town sheriff. What were they thinking after the stagecoach was attached and they put the little boy up top with the driver?
This must be where going my way got the idea for its movie.
Cute movie.
Good entertainment !

Clint ("Them's MY dogs!") Biggers from the Andy Griffith episode "Dogs, Dogs, Dogs!".
They never heard of reading trail signs like tracks and broken twigs and branches?

"Sometimes people say something they really don't mean it," that is true, we humans often get excited.
Eu mem lembro desses filme no interior de Pernambuco numa cidade chamada bonito que tinha um cinema e eu adorava assistir as saudade
The real star is Black Jack the horse trying to get in that mine to get Rocky
40.00 his RETIRED after 20 years … give him his CLOCK
This is the best formula, Rocky as the “deputy” giving the old boy some of “his” great detectiveing😂 ideas.???
Alan Rocky Lane was the Voice of Mr Ed.
watch it you will make trigger jealous
the one person you don't kill off is the doctor. out there there rarer than hen's teeth, and even outlaws need them. maybe more than most people
Wonder why all of these Rocky movies have an old character named Nugget in it. Why would they so conveniently let this killers horse saddled all night tied to a hitching rail? Would be cruel and unusual to do that to a horse.
why hero always seems to have to leave at ends...untilnrxt until next time..lol
Cause their work is never done.
Not see them before
I made a wooden gun for my boy when he was little, but it was a Winchester rifle, not a Colt revolver.
makes you wonder, who today, could carve a kids toy out of wood, to that standard ? there are still a few wooden models made, but there more of a collectors item
Nuggett is the best
what about gabby hayes or stumpy, or pancho ? same roll
Vert good
Cool
Outlaws don't want a piece of the rock
I watched these.when I was growing up

Tem sim, é só aprender inglês!!!
Queria assistir o filme golpe traiçoeiro com Rex Allen obrigado
In the sun don’t shine on the lame dogs but
=5+.
I try to like Rocky lane but He just seem to have no charm, too serious or something!
@Glennsten Bergkvist Can you name a few of the "more satisfying" Western heroes? Plus one or two of their movies if you don't mind.
@Glennsten Bergkvist Thanks. I'll await some movie recommendations.
