    To Breaking Up With A Country Station I Use To Listen To And Evacuating From Hurricane Laura On Monday August 24th. Hurricane Laura Hit Louisiana Couple Days Later I Have Memories Of Hurricane Harvey I’ll Never Forget.

      But you stayed on to watch it?! Maybe that says something about your own fear of accepting something that isn't within your experience. My 98 year old mother is now devoted to her stuffed dog. She saw it in a store we passed three years ago and asked for it. I thought it a passing fancy but no, she saw her own growing need for something to hold on to and it now keeps her calm and relaxed. She lives with us but we can't hug her or stroke her hand all day and Fred the dog provides that for her. Dementia can happen to anyone, unless you have seen this need for comfort a stuffed toy can bring you may not understand it, but it works.
