After seeing that the decision makers have changed who knows, maybe he could come back in sf6 (afterwards I find the game very badly animated so the character would probably be visually destroyed, but that's me). On the other hand, to my knowledge, there is no other character like Q, as popular but yet with literally 0 background, and that's stylish

Jax ended up as an honorable mention since he only recently became a cyborg in MK9, as opposed to Cyrax and Sektor who have always been cyborgs. MK11 actually gives some closure on cyrax, in the sub-zero and scorpion mission you can free him from the cyborg controlled part, so he becomes himself, just in a cyborg body, they say they can bring him back, but im not sure how, i mean they could do what they did for sub-zero but quan-chi is dead
Wolf Hawkfield! That name is so generic lmao. I used to play that char with the wolf hat. One of the only times I chose a grappler-type in a fighting game, as I usually go for the speedy types. He could be pretty fast with those throws though.
