Ocb is the sheet used to roll and smoke hash and other stuffs and obc is the reservation quota which stands for other backward caste and so students in obc quota get an advantage as their cut off marks are a lil low as compared to general people
We used 10 digit calculator to distribute 10 Multiple choice questions (MCQ) where there are 4 options A, B, C and D and u have to choose right one.
Initially we keep the calculator at topper of the class he types all answers of 10 MCQ's in sequence for example first digit represents 1st question, 2nd digit to 2 question and so on upto 10 digits.
And answer is like 1 for A, 2 for B, 3 for C, 4 for D and 0 of u don't know answer.
after that we press multiply by 0 but insure that don't press equal to sign so the screen displays 0 when u press check button it shows previous number.
And circulate this calculator in entire exam hall when teacher checks the calculator if he doubts then screen displays 0 so he don't caught us anymore.

In india the reservation (quota)system is there due to which OBCs , SCs , STs due to which general category has to face a lot
For eg. for software branch in IIT general category student has to be in top 3000 ranking out of 18lacs students but for these categories they have relief. if they got 20000+ rank also they get selected

@@vishalthopate5483 OCB paper khulle mein bhi becha jaata hai across major cities like Bangalore and Mumbai...A lot of pan stalls in Bangalore have it on their shelf right in front of you. It is also available in supermarkets in Bangalore. I have lived there for 9 years and I have purchased on a regular basis. I do agree that smoking weed in open is illegal but not selling OCB paper as the manufacturer does not mention anywhere that it can only be used for rolling weed.

There are some kind of kota's exist for minorities (like Muslims and others) and for hindu lower cast students. They are of different names as OBC A/ OBC B/ ST and SC.
OCB is the rolling paper which is used for Marijuana(ganja) intake. After rolling the Marijuana with OCB paper it looks like cigarette. Hindu God shiva and hindu sadhus are mainly fond of Marijuana.
