Hey you sparked a great memory with this video.. a group of us hiked to the falls and one of my friends broke his metatarsal bone while climbing around on the falls. None of us believed him but he was in a cast later.. He limped all the way out on that foot.

Nice video and gear info. Heard you say you have plantar fascitis on your foot or feet, I have had that once years ago and the left foot pain was insane. Tried my doctor, he sent me to a chiropractor and that only helped for a few days. Get acupuncture, it cured me quickly and it has never returned. Pretty amazing. The chiropractor was recommending to my doctor for me to have surgery. Lucky I don't just jump into something that hardcore without trying alternative healing. Acupuncture helped me even with my back pain, reduced my asthma attacks to barely using my inhalers and sciatica gone forever. Just thought I would pass this info on. Take care.
