Enjoy your vidieos and i agree with most of what you say. As for this pick zone well i have been down here 20 years I live right between Sosua and ocean villiage just off that gravel road you mention. Which is not even passable last time i checked as it has been dug up for ever.. I think the the night life will reamain in town i have seen dozen and dozen of crack downs they tend to not last long.. As long as we have so many problems with corrupt goverments at all level The girls will allways be there.
@@RS-pq8sg Sir, you are correct, nothing last forever , the more it changes it states the same. The road you talked about is the boundary. And thank you for bearing witness to what I claimed. Good info as always and lets see if the current government will invest in the area that will be the biggest question instead of lip services. If money has to come out of their pockets then this process will take longer then usual. I am very concerned about the roads, water quality and electricity. Those are more important in order to have better growth for now. Fingers crossed.

I firmly believe that the government has grown tired of all the negative publicity surrounding Sosua Beach and the Main Strip circulating online. The turning point was when the President himself, along with the Ministry of Tourism, visited Sosua. Funds for development have already been allocated, and numerous outside investors are eager to get involved-it's clear that change is coming. Additionally, let's not forget the cruise ship visitors they're keen to attract once the town has been revitalized. Unlike previous presidents and politicians who only made promises without action, this time, the funds are in place. While I don’t think it's the end of Sosua, it’s definitely going to undergo significant changes.

@thewhitedevilfromthebible5899 Agreed. You have to make money as quickly as you can. Cause sooner or later they will try and takeover your business.
So it's a good idea to invest in playa Chiquita or the area closer to the big store on the main road
