Krishna is personal and impersonal. Different people are born w different samskaras some are more attracted to the impersonal god and they will reach the highest. Others are attracted to sigma Bhakti rather than nitprguna Bhakti. The personal form and they will reach the highest as well. Both devotees will transcend the mind and concepts to the infinite .only one whose mind is established in the infinite can know God in either way. .iskcon have not reached this place where they can accept this.
