I’m having a hard time printing on the Vellum. Is there a certain setting you use?

I haven’t had to change the settings on my printer. But I would try changing the paper type to “glossy” and allowing a few minutes for the ink to dry after it’s printed. I hope this helps solve the issue!

What weight of vellum is best for folding like this ? Iv realized on the thicker stuff the fold line looks terrible 😕

Yes, I’ve experienced that too! The vellum paper that works best for me (and is also cheapest) is linked in the description. Hope that helps!

Do you just flatten it out before you print on it ? It says they are prefolded on Amazon, is that right ? Sorry, I'm just picking your brain !

The Canva dimensions for the inside pocket are 6.5 in by 3.3 in. The overall finished envelope is 6.75 in by 4 in.
