On this new radio, can the am and FM carrier be adjusted independently? I use FM also and would like to know that I can get more than the am carrier out on FM. Thankyou in advance.
Well dang, not the first white out edition 29s I've seen out. PA Cowboy has white out edition 29s too. Lol his had white channel displays in addition to everything else as well as VFO windup option. Don't know if he's still doing em though
Well unfortunately these new 29's with the fm have a different channel display pinout so none of the regular 16 pin displays will work. Otherwise I would of put in a white display. As for the vfo windup, I never really get anyone asking for that mod, but its definitely something to consider
Did you make that Custom Faceplate? I ask because I have a Cobra 200 GTL DX and The faceplate went completely black. I'm having a very hard time finding one. Would be glad to purchase one from you if you could make one. Thanks for the video and that 29 looks sweet.

Good antenna system and a good clean alignment and that’s all you need to talk skip on most channels depending upon the conditions
I also love that look and setup was just thanking of a similar setup the other day with one of the new am/fm rigs

Yep I've done them before..its neat. Just don't normally include it in my builds unless someone specifically requests it

Gamma ray graphics made the faceplate. Look him up and he will get you taken care of. Thanks

Yes it does since you have to key the radio while calibrating, unlike the president radios
Like your stuff but why hide the repair. This is why cb and Ham radio will die.
