На разминке прямо цирковые номера. Вся команда на одной половине площадки, у каждой пары свой мяч. Игровая дисциплина и слаженность начинается здесь. Интересно смотреть не только игру, но и на разминку. Разминка о многом говорит. Мы лет 60-65 тому о таком боекомплекте даже не мечтали, ниппельные мячи были "заморским чудом".

Why Russian women the first team is so weak nowadays while their youth perform well
Depend on their coach, they keep changing coaching's staff in every tournaments (except the senior team) even if they won like CEV '16 two years ago when they beat Turkey in the final.
@@wilhelmusruperno1296 I love Russian Volleyball but the women performance didn't convince me in the last years so should make a big changes
they added arina federovsteva already in the womens national team. she's a big help and i think they need younger players.
Si con la squadra infarcita di more son capaci tutti... i sub saariani e co. hanno in proporzioni ossa piu dense,fasce muscolari piu grosse,legamenti e articolazioni piu resistenti e forti.a questo punto andiamo in africa preleviamo giovani promettenti portiamoli in italia con le loro famiglie e facciamoli allenare sempre assieme fuori dai club,avremo cosi nazionali sempre vincenti e performanti in tutti i campi e discipline.
