Why answer in English when your born and raised in Pakistan where Urdu is your first language and mother tongue. The audience of these interviews are predominantly Pakistani and Urdu speaking audience. Please be accepting of your culture and where you’re from. It’s embarrassing for you to try and fit into a culture and ethnic background that wouldn’t be as accepting of you. Your Asian be proud and accepting stop trying to westernise yourself it’ll never work.
@@abdulsamad4433 I was born and raised in the UK. English is my first language and mother tongue is my second language. Living in the UK means I’m speaking more of English as opposed to my mother tongue. These Pakistani celebs who were born and raised in Pakistan have Urdu as their first and mother tongue language. They use Urdu in their daily lives at school, work, in shops etc. I don’t use my mother tongue in school, work, shops etc! There’s a difference. Yet I’m not trying to westernise myself to make myself appealing to western market, it’s very cringeworthy to watch!
@@nadiaaktar6665English is also the official language of Pakistan, in case you didn’t know. I don’t think there is anything wrong for them to speak in English, it’s an interview on a niche TH-cam channel, not national TV. Plus am I watching the same interview? I heard Urdu just as much as English.
@@aziza000 Urdu would be the official English would be a second language. Don’t be daft majority of countries have THEIR OWN language as the official language. If that was the case everyone in Pakistan would be fluent in English as English would be the medium in everyone single primary and secondary school which isn’t the case. Didn’t say somethings wrong when the actor herself can clearly speak Urdu better than English so why does she feel she needs to answer back solely in English with Urdu added here and there? Does she think she’ll be more appealing to audiences who watch the interview ? The vast majority would be Urdu speaking anyway. That’s my point, just answer in Urdu as most celebrities who’ve been interviewed have done so.
