Laughed so many times during this video. “Get off the pot!” is an easy mental image to carry as a reminder to keep moving forward in everything. Blessings and light

Thank you for All you do! I find your videos very helpful, not just the content, but to sit with someone who vibrates at the level you do! The internet is amazing that way isn’t it?! It comes right thru the screen, the joy, the wave you are riding 🌊. I’m wanting to learn how to surf, to jump onboard and enjoy this ride called life 💕
    Blessings to you and yours.

Love LOVE this intro! I learned this from you in one of your classes a while ago and it is so true! If I allow myself to follow the flow, life is easy and fun and uplifting. If I try to control and use too much logic, I get stuck in pain and frustration and fear. It’s amazing that letting go is the thing we are supposed to do, it just seems too easy and at first feels lazy and irresponsible and scary. But it truly is the path to freedom! THANK YOU MARIE!

About the "opposites attract" query. I think sometimes they do. Look at narcissists and givers (usually old souls as you've said). I think they play a part in each other's life. I believe that in the end, we're here to learn about love. Love of others and self-love ❤

Narcissist and old soul unions are some of the most unhealthy matches. Yes, we are here to learn and if we choose to learn unconsciously than that type of match can be effective for the older soul to finally learn to not over give and to not be attracted to those who are abusive towards them.

Dr. Norm Shealy, love him! He just passed away this year. He was a brilliant Doctor! I organized a conference with him and Dr. Gladys McGarey. Dr. Gladys just passed away this fall at 103!!

How do you manage not to rant about your girls exboyfriends? If they were hurt? Is it possible to tell a story about someone to process what happened or get feedback and it not be gossip?
