If you have a figure the size of SS102 & you have Siege Jet/Skyfire, all you have to do is put them next to each other. There, thats abt the size Stratosphere should be in SS & how big he was in the movie.
There’s also the Cybertronian Blitzwing from the Bumblebee movie and yellow Sentinel Prime from trailers. And what about the characters that only just technicall have cad models and weren’t planned for movies; such as: 2007 Cliffjumper, Smokescreen, Payload, Evac (from Blackout/Grindor), and AoE Tracks (which said Hotshot on the box for some reason).
I'm Actually Working On a 3d Print Action Figure Line And Now If Hasbro Doesn't Make These I Will, With a Twist However Basically My Version's Will Be Similar To The Gi Joe Transformers Crossover Figures As In They Will Be Scaled And Compatible With Four Inch Scale Figures In This Case Being Like N.E.S.T. Soldiers And Similar Thing's.
Cad models, popularities, amount of concept art and words from the producers about how far some of these guys made it into development. Even having a robot Cad mode or a vehicle one elevates a character's chances since Megatron only had robot mode Cad and was still added into the toyline with a vehicle mode and everything
Transit could EASILY be in SS Concept series AND proper SS, cuz he COULD AND SHOULD be in TF3!! The RotB picks which are at abt 70% & higher feel like characters that Hasbro just WILL make at some point, the 50% guys are lower ofc. I'm not saying they're likely to be made, I mean they WILL be made. Transit SHOULD be Voyager!! I REALLY want a SS Transit, Bloodhound, OG Scourge/Tarn, & more!! I think ALL the characters in the RotB segment NEED to be made! & the characters like Transit, Sideswipe, Trailbreaker, & Bloodhound COULD EASILY appear in the next movies! No, Transit should be Voyager, or at least Voyager size. Stop making him out to be this BIG character, hes not. In the Deleted Scene he was roughly the same size as Optimus, & SS102 is a Voyager, soo....ya. & I could easily imagine a Voyager Class Studio Series Transit.

If you have a figure the size of SS102 & you have Siege Jet/Skyfire, all you have to do is put them next to each other. There, thats abt the size Stratosphere should be in SS & how big he was in the movie.

And what about the characters that only just technicall have cad models and weren’t planned for movies; such as: 2007 Cliffjumper, Smokescreen, Payload, Evac (from Blackout/Grindor), and AoE Tracks (which said Hotshot on the box for some reason).
I wanted to add them but I wasn't 100% sure if they had models. I might do a part 2 in the future if I find more characters to add

Cad models, popularities, amount of concept art and words from the producers about how far some of these guys made it into development. Even having a robot Cad mode or a vehicle one elevates a character's chances since Megatron only had robot mode Cad and was still added into the toyline with a vehicle mode and everything

Transit could EASILY be in SS Concept series AND proper SS, cuz he COULD AND SHOULD be in TF3!! The RotB picks which are at abt 70% & higher feel like characters that Hasbro just WILL make at some point, the 50% guys are lower ofc. I'm not saying they're likely to be made, I mean they WILL be made.

I REALLY want a SS Transit, Bloodhound, OG Scourge/Tarn, & more!! I think ALL the characters in the RotB segment NEED to be made! & the characters like Transit, Sideswipe, Trailbreaker, & Bloodhound COULD EASILY appear in the next movies! If they need any more Terrorcons cuz the RotB ones were unfortunately killed, then they could use/rework Bloodhound as one of them. & Transit could easily be a Decepticon in TF3 if they are the main villains of that movie. If Transit does appear in TF3, then PLEASE give him at least one movie without dying! Please!
BBM Sunstreaker is in the same boat as his brother, he could easily be in the next movies. Laserbeak would be SO cool!! Frenzy would be SO easy now that we have Rumble! I think Soundwave's minicons SHOULD 100% be in the next movies along side him! Soundwave should be with Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Megatron, Transit, & Barricade as the main Decepticons in the next movies!! That would be the PERFECT team of Decepticons!!

Widowmaker was early stinger before they scrapped her and Nautica is implied to be the submarine of TLK, we have concept art of her

It would be so cool if he was improved & turned into a proper character, cuz despite not being a big Bayverse fan, I think his design is pretty cool. I actually have his SS figure, its pretty decent, but not good like others, cough cough SS100 cough cough ( I still need him)

No, Transit should be Voyager, or at least Voyager size. Stop making him out to be this BIG character, hes not. In the Deleted Scene he was roughly the same size as Optimus, & SS102 is a Voyager, soo....ya. & I could easily imagine a Voyager Class Studio Series Transit.
