This is month 5 on quarantine in the U.S. I miss seeing my children and grandchildren. But we won't be going out for a while yet. Both husband and I are high risk due to underlying health conditions and five of my children had the virus. They had mild cases but it was terrifying. Can't be too careful. Thank you for sharing and helping to keep e same. Lol.

i love your colours so much! i still can't do a drop swirl to save myself but it is so pretty when i see you do it! i adore your soaps! oh my gosh have you watched " an idiot abroad" yet? it was on sky1 tv and i adored it. it was hysterical to me, i miss a lot of the old bbc tv stuff like upstairs downstairs. i still say a lot of the older tv shows were better than the newer ones.
Beautiful soap as always, my favourite bit is as you push that top over, it looks like a black cherry pudding and cream. I think the technique you mentioned was the mini drop swirl. Stay safe and well :-)
I have never been one to enjoy crowds. Staying home most of the time. Sadly, I just learned a dear family friend has passed away from Covid-19 today. She only had it less than a week, but they couldn't keep her oxygen saturation levels up. I'm thankful her daughter was able to spend Mother's Day with her. Just a sad time.
I like the soap effect plus those colours are very noticeable, i just love that soap . im also 1 that will not be venturing out just yet . stay safe tiggy xx

I always love the colours in this soap, the plum colour is so beautiful and the fragrance sounds amazing, I love patchouli. I want to try essential oils for fragrance in my CP soap are there any to avoid for CP soap when I've only used FO before. I'm in Tasmania, Australia and because we haven't had any deaths in 3 weeks our Government have decided to relax some of the rules, I'm a hermit most of the time but daughter is dying to get back to sitting in a classroom for school learning

Is there a date set for retail stores to open, Tiggy ? I know the government uses statistics, but I don't feel there is any magical date to be safe out and about. The worst part is when traveling begins again. Love the ping of the wires on a soap cutter. Gorgeous soap !
No there is no date. We know nothing until we are told by our prime minister. Lots of retail stores here are still open and have been since lockdown. They just have distancing in place, and are only allowing a few customers in at a time. They are also disinfecting all of the shopping carts, cashiers tills etc after each customer. There have been just over 30K deaths here with a population of 67 million so it isn't even half as bad as they thought in the beginning. Just nuts!

I, too, live i the US and my best friend works in the coroner's and there is a BIG concern that as soon as the government opens things up, people will think ok everything is safe now and what would normally be a bell curve on events will go out of WACK! I wear a mask and distance (which I don't mind & also usually lean towards) and see a hugh amount of younger folks say, I haven't been sick, yet. Well this virus seems to be slightly morphing (Don't know if that is the proper way to put it). A young sailer died, a senior girl in high who showed no symptoms died 3 days after coming home from school feeling slightly off, the 5 yr. old girl of a Dr. and his wife died of it. It seems the young are no longer safe. They may not be sick, but they can be carriers which is even worse, as far as spreading goes. They may relax the rules, but we do need to keep being vigilant, ourselves! The soap is lovely, as usual. Blessings and stay safe. 👍
Tiggy what size wire do you use in your cutter, I am having breakage issues on my tank . The fragrance sound wonderful. And I agree with you on staying in till under 100.

You have beautiful dark colour on the top. How do you prevent Soda Ash. Is Rubbing alcohol enough or do you insulate the soaps properly
I prevent ash by doing a water discount. If you go back through my videos you'll find one all about the process x
