Bro was literally in my hood 17:30 😂 literally just go up that hill in that area and that’s where I live. Also when you do uber in my area they tend to send you all the way down of queens.
@@ETAonTheEUCyea. It’s mostly because down south Jamaica or down south queens has barely any restaurants. It’s mainly houses. Same thing goes if they sent you east which I’m surprised they didn’t.
I like that bungee technique for pizza orders. i need a new pizza bag. Crazy how ive heard other delivery people backpacking a pizza box fully sideways 😂
I would do this all the time in the past. I would commute to from the Bronx to Queens. Then this would happen to me. Uber would send me to Brooklyn or College point for example. I didn't care at the time since I hated working in the Bronx. Mind you I was doing this on a FLY-11 ebike. I would pedal it to extend range until I upgraded to a ebike with double capacity. I would go home with low battery in other words limping a lot of times.
yes. anywhere in NYC the train is always running. there's always a subway nearby. Sometimes I forget about this and think if my battery goes dead I'm out of luck, but i can always catch a train back
it would have taken me anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour to go from where i ended my shift in Queens back to Manhattan on my EUC. The end of the video says my battery percentage left (in the 20s)
around 36, although i've got it as high as 48 before. Uber gives you more slots if your stats are high and the more trips you do a month the more they give you
Haha, crazy! You delivered to that building with the balcony right off of Queens blvd. I go there a lot. Lol. You're out in car land where I work. Sort of. I actually work futher East like you showed near the Long Island border. Why? Cause like you say, the city rules don't apply. I can cherry pick on UE with a low AR yet still get on whenever I choose because I just cross over into Nassau county then right back into Queens and I'm logged in. UE doesn't care that I started in Long Island either. It's great for me. But you need a car out this way. Btw, yes, UE will always pull you down into Jamaica. Why? Cause that is the hood in Queens and NOBODY will go there. I'm Queens born/raised since the 1970s and I won't even go there with a car unless it's daylight. And even then I try to avoid it. They'd jack you and your euc no problem. And it's kinda like LA in that area. Looks nice with houses and shit but it's not. Tons of hoods in cars looking for targets. Actually that big shooting the other day with 10 people shot was right near where you were. Stay away from Eastern Queens unless you know the area.
Yikes. I didn’t know it was that bad. It didn’t seem bad when I was there. That’s a good tip about starting outside of NYC then going in after you login

Nice! They tend to send you south in that location?

nobody wants to deliver to Jamaica, that's why
Word of advice, if you had food in a bag with handles loop it around the doorknob instead of placing it on the ground.

the method i use works great! :)
Bro ending up in Queens like that is wild bro haha, you might as well take a plane from the JFK to get back home 😅😊😂
facts lol
Welcome to Queens!
🫡
Dope video. Dollar Trees everywhere.
lol yeah. There's a lot of dollar stores in NYC. Although, I think their days are numbered
I'm glad that shift ended for you when it did, another couple of hours and Uber would have had you delivering pizzas to Aquaman. 🧜♂
I'm sure! 😅

i feel you on that. Uber does no favors in this case!
CP is my territory. Stay out.
i got a pizza bag from ubereats unbranded and the straps already breaking lol.
i've noticed a lot of the food app equipment is no good; cheaply made
I live in Jamaica Queens..😊
In the 90's Jamaica was off the chain. I'm supposing it's calmed down since then. Jamaica Funk th-cam.com/video/XYclWyC4qQo/w-d-xo.html
nice! I think that might have been my first time out there!
@@vision-gc4hy not that much
You mentioned mass transit earlier. Could you reliably work like this then catch mass transit back home when you get low on battery?
yes. anywhere in NYC the train is always running. there's always a subway nearby. Sometimes I forget about this and think if my battery goes dead I'm out of luck, but i can always catch a train back
once you go past Valley Stream , you're out of NYC
ah ok. i've never been that far out. good to know!
It took you 1 hour to go EAST? How much battery you left
it would have taken me anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour to go from where i ended my shift in Queens back to Manhattan on my EUC. The end of the video says my battery percentage left (in the 20s)
yes, you did say that after saying you went EAST. One time I went 6 miles by scooter 😳
yikes :(
How many planners do you have on ubereats per week?

@ what is your distance limit on Uber eats?
How long to get home/ train cheap?
i don't ride the train that much anymore, but i think it's like around 2.80 per trip, but one fare can get you almost anywhere in nyc
