Chris G has been doing nothing but CONSTANTLY improving his game. This is what makes watching these tournaments even more enjoyable. Chris G, I'd say is about as close to perfection as it gets in this game.
no lie thought, you watch him when he FIRST played this team and it looks like two completely different players. new assist, not nearly as much reliance on Astro Vision, better run down, new mixups, awesome combos, brand new team! He has adapted before anyone else did, it's really amazing.
Chris is hands down top 3 marvel players. Switching to Vergil suits Morgan excellently. Don't knock him for zoning he gets in effectively great combos. Smart play. Big shout out for getting those free wins.

Even with his Hawkeye team, he stomped people. You can watch videos from a few months ago with Chris's Morrigan team, and you can watch them now. Where he was then, and now is fucking insane. How he pulls this off, and still is able to move his hands, I'll never know. I wouldn't be surprised if he made it to EVO top 3 again
The astral vision is OP IMO. It costs 1 bar and it lasts as long a Jill's lv.3 without the waste of 2 extra bars. It also puts in a lot of work. Make the duration of that shorter...
I'd appreciate it if someone finally comes up with a strat that'll consistently beat him. He got bodied pretty bad before he switched over to morrigan. Would be interesting to see him experiment with another main team.

Right cause keeping people in the air a long time determines how good you are. Marlinpie is good but he still has things to work on. His offense is really good and his adaptation is INCREDIBLE. But his defense is lacking compared to his other skills. His mental strength is good but he pulls a Yipes sometimes and loses it in the end. But Marlinpie is without a doubt one of the best USA has to offer along with Yipes. Its no question. But combos don't make the player. Just remember that.

Yes, I agree hidden missiles is the best assist in the game but nothing stops other players from exploiting them as well. My view is if other people have access to whatever you think makes Chris G win tourneys why not just use it yourself. Chris and almost every other player we see on stream play the characters they think will get them the win so I dont think theres a problem
He didnt dedicate him self to MvC2 he really mostly played Smash Brothers and was good at that game same gos for another player called BUM who only played Smash and was a beast with DK in that game and hes a monster in MvC3/UMvC3 with his Hagg/Hulk/Chris team and would go 30-0 to players that train with him like Yipes,Marlin,Noel,Omni,Pr bal,and Flux to name a few
My homework session: begin, Chris G sets up Morrigan bullet Hell as I begin probs. 30 minutes later, I finish probs, G is still running bullet Hell. Solid strategy for wins, but I know what I'm gonna see.

they are pretty expensive, a mini arcade stick is like 50 dollars. A regular SSF4AE arcade stick was 150 I think.
