I'm glad I bumped into Jon and Sean while I was on my deathbed (wasn't it the first day, too???). but, yeah going to NAMM is more about the old and new friends you meet there. I've met a good handful of people there back in the 1200s and many of those friendships continue to this day!
If you come next year it would be great if you guys would consider a meet and greet.

Great coverage guys. Jonathan hang in there that flu this year is nasty. It ran through my house and I was the last to get it. I hit 103.5 ,it was brutal.

I don’t get to go to NAMM but the Costa Mesa guitar show was going on the same weekend just a short drive down the freeway. I did see quite a few familiar faces there that I’m sure were in town for NAMM.
Other than you guys and Shawn, Danish Pete and Lee are probably the guitar TH-camrs I'd most like to have a beer with. Sounds like a great time. I can't wait to see some more of the videos.

The Dumble Booth / Segments had to be the most controversial of Namm. I feel most TH-camrs were so in awe by being in the room that they were afraid to ask some probing questions like……why?! It all seemed a little sus.

Nice recap gents but one comment... I realize neither of you guys are high gain guys but how does the Friedman Jose gets no mention?
Tube amplifier manufacturers NEED to invest in their own tube manufacturing. They are all relying on a dying art in Russia or China. Tubes today are crap compared to what they were when Marshall, Vox and Fender had killer tubes anyway. And some dudes hoard of NOS tubes an industry does not make. And speaking of the industry, are you aware almost no Nickle exists in the United States?

How much better can an amp sound? My all-time favorite is a Princeton, it's more than good enough sounding but I don't think it's made as well as it should be. I'm brand loyal but if there are known flaws but they don't get fixed says a lot. I now make my amp purchasing based on the guys that work on them not salespeople that sell them.
Any of those NAMM Guitars Left, You know everyone wants to see what you found if it already has not Sold

@@CasinoGuitars Sweetie Ive own every Taylor they made before Bob Taylor sold out. Andy Powers ruined Taylor in my opinion with "V" Bracing. It sucks!! Thin and tinny! I live where we have a renown guitar shop and the guys there tell me they cant give a Taylor away. People want Martin or Gibson. Like the saying goes... " Martins are for "Good Ole Boys", Taylors are for "Choir Boys" and Gibsons are for "Bad Boys"!!! What a true statement!!!

The new Legacy models are throwbacks to the pre-V class era of Taylor guitars. You might actually like one of those. If you don’t that’s fine too. There are enough choices out there to make everyone happy.
@@charlesbolton8471 legacy is good. Not sure I like the upside down mustache attempt looking bridge....I have had my run with Taylor and when Bob Taylor sold out.. I moved on. I appreciate you tho.
