Also, I forgot to point of that in the side corner of the main crystal, we can also see another character who looks to be The Mechanic because of the bowler hat we can see from the image. Pretty cool to see all these villains on one poster.
Actually...I don't know. I just looked back at the poster and "Mr. E." looks way to similar to the skull sorcerer to be a different character. We can see the same mask, the same eyes, there is a faint outline of the same hat, even the white thing that goes around the sorcerer's neck is reflected in the other image. I think that they might be too close in comparison to be another character.
Never mind, I take it back lol. I found a clearer image of the poster and that is definitely Mr. E. Again, thanks for pointing it out to me! It's much appreciated!

The one next to the skull sorcerer is Mr.E and the one on the top right of Pytor is Aspra.
