Bhai judicial overreach occurs when a court acts beyond its jurisdiction, and to prevent the court from doing this there have been imposed certain restraints(judicial)on it......!

No these terms are just opposite to one another. Judicial restraint curtails the jurisdiction of courts upto its limit while judicial overreach provides jurisdiction beyond its limit. So, these terms are totally opposite to one another
