The Signature Series Hasbro force fx lightsabers that came out in 2010 are some of the best official lightsabers out there. Most of, if not all of them had unique sounds, and removable blades, plus, they came prepackaged with display stands AND beltclips!

@@FindingTheForce Yeah, the 2010 Signature Series were quite something. They’re basically a step in between the Legacy and the Black Series Force FX sabers. The Signature Signature series Maul sabers used the same ignition sound as the Legacy Maul sabers The Signature Series Obi-Wan Ep 3 saber used the same ignition sound as the Legacy Luke Skywalker (green) saber. And the Signature Series Luke Ep 4 saber has its own unique sound which seemed to be a variation with a lower pitch, of the ignition sound used by the Legacy Obi-Wan Ep 1 saber. The other Signature Series sabers like Anakin’s Ep 3, Darth Vader’s, and Kit Fisto’s, all used the same standard lightsaber ignition sound, seen used by the Legacy Obi-Wan Ep 1/Skywalker Lightsaber The Hasbro 2010 Signature Series sabers are also quite pricy nowadays, being that they’re over 10 years old and were hot-ticket collector replicas which also offered the feature of being Cosplay friendly, and if I’m not mistaken, were limited edition replicas for that year.

True you can remove it. However the master replicas has a removable blade as well and the force Fx one is closest to the actual replica then the Disney one. I have the Master replicas saber and the Disney one isn’t molded correctly mainly at the emitter.

The best "mid-range" priced sabers are the Legacy and Force FX... if you want a characters saber from the movies. Check on amazon, eBay, and also your local Facebook marketplace! Maybe you can find someone who is willing to trade? With any luck you can find a good one for $150.... sometimes $100. If you want a metal one for like... $60-$80.. There are tons of options on Amazon of off-brand light sticks. I hope that helped!
We have actually not heard of the removable Hasbro sabers until recently. I heard they are hard to find and very sought after. We have to get our hands on one, super curious if the swing sensitivity is better than the new ones.
I went about 1 1/2 months ago. It was awesome. There was hardly anyone there except the shops. Went in line for the millinium falcon ride and went all the way through and into the ride in about 5 mins. Also bought lukes Rotj hilt to go with my Obi Wan ep 1 and Vader hilts. And of course the robes...
Hey, I don’t know if you know about this company, but there is a company called rebel sabers, and they have pretty good quality, and for a cheap price. All of there sabers come with RGB color, 9 sound fonts, 3 different blade looks, flash on clash, blade lock, and the blaster deflection, plus, they are a little heavy, but it feels easier to move around with compared to some of the other ones out there.

In Star Wars land blades of three different sizes can be purchased at Dok Ondar's. But sabers and blades can be purchased on eBay for and marked up price.

@FindingTheForce wondering if you can answer this, but my coupler broke on my force FX Darth Maul blades and the only one I can find on eBay is a Legendary coupler. Do you know, since you own both, are they interchangeable couplers? Great videos btw.
I confirmed the connection adapters are not interchangeable. Legacy does not screw into Force FX. Some advice, if screwing the connector on and leaving that way for an extended period (for display), put some lithium grease on the screw threads. My Force Fx fused at the thread level, requiring the use of pliers to unscrew, damaging the connector beyond repair. There is a 3D printed version of the connector out there for Force FX, but who knows the durability of printed plastic for this use. I had to buy a new Legacy double blade for $500+. I'm hoping this lasts longer. My force FX blade on one also failed. That blade was used rarely, mainly for display with lithium batteries (so no leakage), and it still failed. POS.

To be fair.... anything Galaxy's Edge/Disney is putting out now is using the latest tech and had the benefit of building on what Madter Replicas and Hasbro did ten or more years prior...still great video, as always, but it often seems you guys just remind us that newer ones are better. Hasbro has upped their game a bit in the last year, but only because Legacy is crushing them.
Y’all are wrong on which one is more movie accurate the force effects light saber is more movie accurate you guys literally just went over the designs were they added black accents which are incorrect to the film
Hey William. You know what.... after we filmed the video... I noticed that Darth Maul's saber doesn't actually have black accents. You are correct. Some of the scenes must have cast shadows or something... oh well. : /

I honestly found the force f/x for $100 but I think I am going to pass on it after watching it. The sounds seem much more generic as opposed to the legacy being screen accurate.
Wow everybody knows legacy sound cards and sounds sucks. Even from video we can tell that legacy sounds awful. Hasbro force FX 's are always superior check the decent comparisons. I like legacy sabers look and the removable blade features but besides that, force fx's are always superior.

It's a great lightsaber but I prefer the legacy I have the legacy and I like it much more. Although the fx is fine but the blade cannot be removed.

I miss my maul fx sabers. Had to sell all 10 of my force FX sabers due to liver failure. I shed a tear that day. But had to pay bills some how 😥

To be fair.... anything Galaxy's Edge/Disney is putting out now is using the latest tech and had the benefit of building on what Madter Replicas and Hasbro did ten or more years prior...still great video, as always, but it often seems you guys just remind us that newer ones are better. Hasbro has upped their game a bit in the last year, but only because Legacy is crushing them.

Y’all are wrong on which one is more movie accurate the force effects light saber is more movie accurate you guys literally just went over the designs were they added black accents which are incorrect to the film
Hey William. You know what.... after we filmed the video... I noticed that Darth Maul's saber doesn't actually have black accents. You are correct.

I honestly found the force f/x for $100 but I think I am going to pass on it after watching it. The sounds seem much more generic as opposed to the legacy being screen accurate.

Wow everybody knows legacy sound cards and sounds sucks. Even from video we can tell that legacy sounds awful. Hasbro force FX 's are always superior check the decent comparisons. I like legacy sabers look and the removable blade features but besides that, force fx's are always superior.
