Plastic extrusion is an art. A good extrusion operator makes it look easy. But if it was everyone would be doing it. Multi lumen extrusion requires good tooling and machinery working hand in hand

Through the trough, if using a BLM, through the censor carrying the blocks, make sure your concentricity is straight on cross head first.

Let that material purge for about 20 min before stringing up and and dialing in.
