I’m halfway through this book and God has answered my main question and a couple of others that l was afraid to ask him however they was already in my heart. I had these experiences as a child too. I would see colors around people while they were preaching. And then, I would end up going to the location of hidden things that shouldn’t be in my house and find out truths (like my mom’s stash of vodka while she was telling me she wasn’t drinking).

My perception is this: that discernment is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and that Him alone can bestow it on whosoever. Yes, those already bestowed with the gift may be humanly trained to operate more effectively in it; but I don't know of one who does not have the gift being trained to possess and operate in it. Furthermore, I understand from Holy Ghost that discernment is perfected when the discerner does so exclusively outside all physical and mental imperatives of the situation at hand. And lastly; yes, Father judges by our heart; yet, our outward appearance is always a true reflection of what is inside of us. No one can truly be pure inside and be dirty outside, vice visa.
I have a 50 year old friend who is very ill he is a schizophrenic . he became a Christian about 25 years ago and started chasing after all these people thinking he was going to find healing through them. He went to literally a hundred conferences and bought tens of thousands of dollars books and cds and dvds that were always on sale at these things and are always for sale on videos like ms king. $15 on amazon for this latest "offering" from "dr"goll. My friend could not realy afford the money for all his products . 25 years later He still is not healed but his mothers garage is full of books ( sometimes he bought many copies of the same book or cd or dvd ) and he has read about .1% of them the rest are going moldy and rotting.if you want to hear from God read the bible out loud to yourself when you read it. Patricia King did a video in the last couple of days saying she was under real spiritual warfare at the moment ( most normal people would just call that life ) maybe her conscience perhaps is pricking her for selling all this product for so many years to people who, granted should know better, but obviously dont. I dont mean to be cynical but if mr goll is a seer why does he need glasses ? isnt there enough healing sloshing around all the ministries he hangs out in?
Your soul is hurt....its the landing strip to be offended of their so called rubbish. There is much more than just own books...those dont replace THE WORD AKA JESUS. I am still going through so much but I know God is not done with me. I am at times at fault that makes it hard to admit because of so many reasons but I am to take responsibility of my own actions. I can go on and on but the point is not to devide the church but unite in these latter days. You. Are. Right.....SEEK HIM, JESUS but some may not know how or just plain dont want to. Please dont give up on these tools but of course with JESUS to do all in His name, the power of the Holy Spirit, God as our heavenly father, the angelic host to assist....for the angels hearken to God's voice, seasoned strategic people to help as Iron sharpen irons....C'MON THERE IS SO MUCH MORE....ESPECIALLY IN THE SECRET PLACE. That is not to diminish your circumstances but its something we all share, beleivers and non believers. If you have heard and believed in 1 Corintians ch 15 v 1-4 then you are a saved person and can rejoice like Paul in knowing that all your sins are forgiven and that you can endure all knowing that your final destination is heaven. People like ms king do not preach this they preach Jesus plus something usually an expensive book or series of DVDs and CDs. It makes the cross of no effect. Rightly divide the word of truth and you will see this for yourself. Truthtimeradio podcasts on you tube are an incredible free resource and you will learn more in a day listening to them than 10 years listening to ms king.

He is ill to this day , he has not worked for 30 years because he is unable, yet he clings to the every word of people like ms king and katie souza benny hinn todd bentley shawn bolz and he has told me that as soon as he gets a prophetic word he will stop his medications and gosh only knows what will happen in that event. He was hospitalized 20 years ago because he lived at that time near the thames here in london and was going to try and walk across the river because Jesus did it. This is the extreme result of people taking out of context things like you say " be a doer of the Word ". He was being a doer of the Word in his mind when he was sectioned and sent to hospital. I am 66 years old and have only been a Christian for 13 years ( my schizophrenic was the man who discipled me for much of those 13 years ) and if ms king has been at this for decades that is not a good indictment for the health of body of Christ. Yes saving children from the sex trade is great mother theresa spent her life in the slums doing similar and is now a saint in the RC church but that does not mean her life was not spent in wrong doctrine. Did mother theresa save peoples souls did she preach the Gospel that saves does ms king preach a gospel that saves ? There are some people out in you tube land who make really really good biblically sound entertaining and educational videos all without selling anything they do not monetize their videos and they have doing it since you tube has existed.
