Blueberry Banana Weight Loss Smoothie

- It's healthy and flavorful to kick out your day ahead and will get you in shape. If you regularly have it everyday with my other weight loss smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberry
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened soya milk or almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Instruction.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Enjoy!
