Seems like under the right circumstances this could happen accidentally and start spawning hundreds of ghosts, then you could get them all angry without knowing what's happening and just die to thin air. ........In fact that would explain a few things.
Fun fact : The ghost bleeds magical liquid, if you have something like contact damage perk you can hold your flask while it bleeds and you'll have a flask of magical liquid. Here's the fun part, permanent shield is also made out of magical liquid so you know what to do.

Honestly, you made me rethink my whole Noita existence. Pheromone has always been my "wtf is this shit" flask. This changes everything. I could see so much potential things more than just gold farming with this ghost spawning mechanic.
Gotta say I saw this mechanic a while back but thought it was bezerkium. Tried it, nothing happened so I though I might've imagined it. Thank you fine sir, you've saved me from having to dig my way back into many mountains when I'm short a few bucks of a black hole
This channel and FuryForged. This channel is kind of like opening a present. You don't know, what you're gonna get, but it'll be great and something you've probably never seen before. FuryForged is more methotic, I guess you can call it. Lots of great tutorials on what to do for certain quests in noita
AliasBot knows and shows a lot as well but he tends to be a dick. On the other end of that spectrum you got the Noita OG "McQueeb" very Wholesome guy from a time when noita was still very undiscovered. He got kinda burned out on noita when people tried winning streaks, while he was doing the first real careful no hit run. Comparison is lucks worst enemy. I hope that McQueeb will give Noita a second chance and just does what he likes. It was always a joy to watch some actually immersive noita runs with a lot of thought and care put into every little detail. Happy Noiting!
In the context of whats possible, full heal and a lot of gold in a peaceful place isn't too OP. Anything that doesn't turn you invulnerable or immortal isn't OP in Noita.
@@Knuspabrot But pheromone is not a rare liquid and it's literally all you need for this to work. I know lots of gold won't give you a win but I think this is still way too easy. Also if paired with trick blood you will have free heals with 0 risks when all the other options for rapid full heal (circle of vigour or healing bolt with penetration) are way more diffcult to obtain.
Honestly the gold itself doesn't really matter, you can visit the gold room any time for infinite money. You need a specific perk to pull this off, (plus the lightning item for max efficiency) so it's really good but not overpowered.

By the time you actually need the gold from the gold room you'll probably have teleport or at least a flask of Acceleratium to quickly run to the far side of the map. Beyond that you just need drills or whatever else to dig upwards-left from the ceiling of the room at the far right. It's time consuming, yes, but not difficult, and it gets you 200k+ gold on the spot, making it still faster and more useful than grinding nuggets on ghosts.
Classic trick. Also never forget pheromoned mimics. Edit: btw I think one of the small issues is the wand somehow clipping into the floor. The check for pheromone might be at least, and this would probs be enough to make it a bit confused.
Could you theoretically speed this up by pouring the pheromone in a box and having a homing rock in there killing enemies for you? Maybe you could have a pheromone pool deep enough for you to walk around at the bottom so the rock (or rocks) could bash the ghosts to death and you could just pick up the money that drops?
i have discovered something that needs to be mentioned so other noitas wont get noita'd doing this trick, and idk if you'll see this, but heres a little story about this so i have a wand with an always cast matter eater and digging bolts (actually the best digging wand possible for me at least especially early game), and decided to use this trick, i got the perks trick blood and trick money (first two holy mountains too), and while i did use the other empty wands to the pheromone, i decided to use the digging wand, with the digging bolts removed of course. the next thing happens shocked me, as when i dropped it in, a ghost took the empty always cast wand, and while i did have the electric stone, it already started flying, so i had to grab the tablet and throw it in the air, but unfortunately, the ghost clipped in the holy mountain walls, and despawned, removing the ghost AND removing the wand out of existence. i then shortly later died trying to get the electric stone that i accidentally threw in the water pool next to it. tldr, do not give ghost always cast wands, even if the spell slots are empty
This glitch was replaced by a wand selling mechanic, you throw empty wands in pheromone to sell them to the gods and get 200 gold minimum for any wand, more the nicer

I found your twitch stream when I was 80 hours into Noita and you were so informational that I learned more about the game in probably 10 minutes than I had in the 80 hours I'd played and was finally able to start racking up wins. Now I'm 600 hours in and have close to 100 wins. You only have a few videos but I LOVE that you have them as smaller clips instead of the standard post a full run (1 hour plus video) and explain as you go.

by now you probably know this but instead of clicking the slot you wand the wand to go in you can press the number of the slot and the wand will go directly to that slot

Levitatium is even better imo. Use it to float over the tree and get the eye laser in the snowy wastes. Go east to ??? And get the essence of earth. Go to the essence eater and turn the essence of earth into an earth stone. Go back to ??? And use the earth stone and eye laser to dig up to the gold biome. Haven't even entered the mountain but you start with 250k.
Awesome tutorial! I found the pheromone flask in the very first level, grabbed a tablet, happened to find the trick gold perk in the first holy mountain and farmed a quick 10k gold! I then immediately teleported INTO a fucking lamp and died from electrocution from 100% hp. Noita.
That's a neat trick but can the ghosts be of any use? They seem that they can attack without any weapons as well. Are they loyal or indifferent to you? Do they attack Hisi? Fuck gold if i can make my own army of ghosts.
i wouldn't be surprised if the devs only patched it because the ghosts could kill steve in a matter of seconds without you needing to do anything. I never really saw gold as all that important, but I often used this trick to kill steve
I never knew Pheromone could heal you, OR that blood money healed the player OR any of this! I never look stuff up about this game but this appeared in my recommendations. This is super useful I can't wait to never find Pheromone potions again now.

this is definitely an exploit. not even because it's too powerful, but because infinitely spawning ghosts are clearly not intentional and will produce all sorts of other problems
of course its intentional . the devs are aware what pheromone potion does to a wand.. petty sure the mechanic of having wands floating around bosses is just Ghosts carrying them. pheromone is just a mechanic to make the ghost friendly to the user of the placed pheromone. Pheromone pools are neutral but placed are connected to the one dropping it. I'm sure the bosses use it the same way to create friendly's.
This has been patched and no longer works like this as of today!

Yah the Pheromone on the healer is the healing method. It is one of the only consistent heal methods in the game which is what makes it so valuable.

Sadly not wands with a price over them. Atleast we haven’t discovered a way to. But when it comes to noita that doesn’t mean it can’t be done haha

What I particularly love about Noita is that the devs understand the fun that can be had by using an exploit.

this is definitely an exploit. not even because it's too powerful, but because infinitely spawning ghosts are clearly not intentional and will produce all sorts of other problems
of course its intentional . the devs are aware what pheromone potion does to a wand.. petty sure the mechanic of having wands floating around bosses is just Ghosts carrying them. pheromone is just a mechanic to make the ghost friendly to the user of the placed pheromone. Pheromone pools are neutral but placed are connected to the one dropping it. I'm sure the bosses use it the same way to create friendly's.
Once again I have passed l have passed like 6 pheromone potions I didn't even know they were this powerful I just bought the game thanks for the tips
