Configuring Scissor Closer + Opener for Cut Pile on Duo Tufting Machine

I changed the pile height and now the machine does not move any more in the fabric, there is no more feed. It works outside the fabric. Do you know what might be the cause?

Hello! How do I change the gun from loop pile to cut pile?

If your machine is a duo, you replace the loop for the scissor element. If your machine is a loop pile machine, it can only do loop.

I got one of these but i don't know how to change the pile scissors from the loop and mine didn't come with extra scissors. Please help.

Hey man, just remove the scissors closer, the whole part that houses the little part that makes the scissors close. You have three bolts there, that one that adjust the closer and the others which are facing toward the front of the machine, you r gonna identify one of them because has that spikey thing. Save that part with ur life if you wanna use ur machine in the cut pile style again

So you have a loop element installed and you want to install your scissor? Is it a duo or perhaps a loop only machine?
