My go to travel lens is the Tamron 18-400 on a Nikon D500. The camera bag (Lowepro Slingshot AW 200) with all my accessories fits under airline seat.

I just got back from an Alaskan cruise. Brought a few lens but ended up using a 24-105mm with my canon R7 99% of the time. Such a cool experience! Going through the fjords was my favorite part. Hope you have a great trip!
