I think each bag is guaranteed to have the entire set in there. In fact you’ll probably get at least 2-3 full sets out of it if you’re lucky

I was so lucky to grab a package of the cards back when they were first released here in Canada. Can't find them anywhere atm! My niece, nephew and there cousins are going to be so excited when they come out for trick or treating this year.
