How often does Donald Duck visit Port Orleans? Asking because I'm staying at Riverside next February and HE'S MY FAVORITE!!!! I would love to meet him!!!
Characters very rarely show up at resorts, this was during a hurricane. Characters come to resorts during hurricanes. You can meet Donald in all the parks though! Thanks for watching and have the best trip! 😊💖

6:29 - Although partially caught in the Background, as the Video cuts to the next part, what the Female Manager says is definitely true.
It’s not good to hit even the Disney Characters.
It’s not good to hit anybody.
Even I had to learn that as a Kid back then.
So, even as a say to that Kid hitting Donald Duck in the Background, don’t hit Donald Duck.
If I was there at the time of it happening, I’d give Donald Duck a hug to help him feel better (And maybe also have the Kid tell Donald Duck sorry for hitting him & to have the Kid promise to not hit him again, unless the Female Manager does her job on that.).
Also, I’ve never been to Walt Disney World however, as I’ve only been to DisneyLand in Anaheim, CA once back in 2007 & I’m wanting to go back there 1 day, after this COVID-19 is over.
Even if I went to Walt Disney World 1 day during this COVID-19, I could still meet the Characters, but not be able to hug them or anything, which breaks my Heart, as I have an obsession on hugging the Characters, when meeting them, even the Mascot Characters, which although definitely obsess me as well.
So, it’d be best to wait until after the COVID-19, as then afterwards, when the regular Meet-N-Greets are allowed again, after the die down of COVID-19, I can be able to hug the Characters, when I meet them again, next time I at least go back to DisneyLand in Anaheim, CA.
Heck, I even live 1 State away from it, as I live in AZ & CA is right next to it, as to get to DisneyLand in Anaheim, CA from AZ, by Car would be about like 4 - 6 hours, while by Airplane would be about like an hour.
If I ever lived in CA in the Future, I would live in Anaheim to be really close to DisneyLand, then if having enough Money, I could go to DisneyLand more often, especially when it comes to Meet-N-Greets with the Characters.
Donald was like this kid is annoying I’m out!
