The youth players‘re so unbelievably bad even after over an hour straight of me reloading the save i haven’t found a single semi usable player even for málaga. has almost completely ruined the game for me already. am i doing anything wrong or is it normal now that you probably can only properly use the youth players in like the third season???

@@SamT150 for now I stopped scouting wingers. Since the dribbling bug. I personally don’t care about the low heading accuracy bug because I don’t cross much. Plus it’s nigh close to a bonus because if they are good at everything else but have low heading accuracy they were probably like a 55-57 even if they were good. I’ve found at least 6 or 7 60+ rated players and dozens of high 50’s rated. I only really promote players with play styles ,usually 3 or more ,to the senior team. I have no sacking turned on god bless it just gives you way more time for a youth save. I just slow simmed most of the first season signed some low rated free agents. By the start of season 2 had about 12 decent youth academy players and like 4 ready for the first team. My best players were no better than 64 my best youth promotion was like 63 but he’s a winger with great skills. He’s converted to left mid from cm.
Its annoying that the overall rating for center backs and strikers can't be high right now cuz the heading accuracy is like 11 for all youth players. Also every goalkeeper is bad cuz the diving is less than 10 most of the time

Save right before the report comes in. If you don’t get a really good player reset app and load save the players all reset too

Same, I think the highest potential I've had from 3x 5 star scouts is a 74
The youth players are really solid for me this year. Thats without upping the development rate for youth academy.

Can you also self scout for youths instead of sending out one
@@Adam-v5c8c you can for regens you can try find them either in the free agents or search by leagues
@@AGF99 I always scout myself though all the country by lower age first and free agent..it takes longer but never miss a player this way I believe
