Heating the stickers with a hair dryer or a scrapbooking heat too used for scrapbook ink will take the stickers off well too. Beautiful watering can. I'm going to give one a try.

The product is called wax paste. I didn't apply it everywhere only here and there to give extra sheen to my can.

You need to remove rust first and then apply primer. I would use really hard brush and sand paper to scrape it off
