I finally understand after many years of being a believer this picture of the wedding has opened a new level of understanding who is God the father and God the son and the Spirit ...thank you for explaining my relationship with Jesus and defining each term of the Jewish wedding
I now see Jesus as my beloved groom and I now expect Him with love in my heart.

    Luke 14:28-32 KJV
[28] For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it ? [29] Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, [30] Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. [31] Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? [32] Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

    Revelation 13:8 KJV

    John 6:37-39 KJV
[37] All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. [38] For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. [39] And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
    John 10:11-15
I lay down my life for the sheep
    John 10:27-29 KJV
[27] My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: [28] And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. [29] My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

This was a great teaching, but I have to comment on the last thing u said about the rapture being a pre trib,Matthew 25:10 says and while they went to buy the bridegroom came(the rapture) and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding, the wedding starts in rev 19:7( let us be glad and rejoice and give him glory for the marriage of the lamb has come,if the marriage is starting in rev 19 at the end of the 7 yr period it's because the bridegroom came at the end of the 7yr period, that's why Matthew 25:10 says the bridegroom came and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding, the wedding doesn't start at the beginning of the 7 yr period it starts in rev19 at the end so that's when the bridegroom had to have come for us(post trib not pre trib)

    Acts 19:2-6 KJV
[2] He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. [3] And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. [4] Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. [5] When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. [6] And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Awesome work guys but I dont agree with the statement that the Ketubah for us in the present day are only the books from Matthew to Revelation. True it is the new covenant but we can’t segregate the old covenant from the new and say only the New Testament is relevant to us. The finished work of Christ of the new convent is for us should be a better way to say it. As both old and New Testaments together is Jesus Christ (The word became flesh or in other words Jesus, so the whole bible is Jesus) . Nevertheless love your explanation just thot of sharing this :) keep it up. God bless you

    Did Abraham make Rebecca willing?
Did Abraham’s Chief Servant make Rebecca willing by presents?
Did God prepare Rebecca’s Heart before Abraham sent his Chief Servant?
What kind of heart did Rebecca have ?
    A stony heart?
    A honest and good heart?
    A thorny heart?
    A heart without much depth?

1st Thessalonians 5:9says God did not appoint us to wrath,in context the wrath is in 1st thess 5:2 (the day of the Lord wrath) most pre trib believers say the day of the Lord is the 7yr period, but in Joel 3:9-17 it's talking about Armageddon vs13 says the winepress is full, the winepress can be found in rev 14:19,20 and rev19:15 the winepress is Armageddon, then in joel3:14 he says multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision, the valley of decision is also describing Armageddon,Joel is stating the day of the Lord is (near) at Armageddon so the 7 yr period wrath can't be the day of the Lord that we are not appointed to,the wrath Christians are not appointed to is the Armageddon wrath which is what starts the day of the Lord rev19:11-15

The thought that has been coming to me is that the Ketuba is the 10 commandments especially because of the gospels (and in many other books of the new testament)where it is clearly spoken by Jesus that those who love Him will obey His Commands-meant (by the power of the Holy Spirit of God and not by our own will). We can do anything through Christ who strengthens us. Put on the mind of Christ (renew it). Pick up your cross daily and crucify yourself and go and follow him.
I believe the Torah is mainly for instruction on how to be saved and sanctified through the messages contained within God's Holy feasts. Also, it gives us the origen story (Gen.) and shows us His protection (Ex., Nu.) Plus, it shows what justice should be and punishment for the breaking of the rules.

Interesting that there were actually 10 camels not 9.. it is believed that the 10 camels represented the 10 commandments which the servant brought to the bride (to be) and she quenched their thirst.

Hi. Bro. Michael and Bro. Antony, the Pretrib Rapture Theory is heavily and loosely based upon Biblical Typologies, Symbolisms, Parables and Allegories-It is a FIGURATIVE Way of Interpreting Scriptures. The Jewish Wedding Custom is a common analogy used by many Pretribbers to support this popular ''Romantic & Rapturous' Theory. I do not disagree with this.
But contrast this with the (WYSWYG=What You See is What You Get) Grammatical, Exegetical and Comparing Scripture with Scripture in the Correct Context -which is a more LITERAL Way of Interpreting Scriptures of the Post-Trib or Prewrath Rapture Theorists. Since both Camps have WRONGLY ASSUMED that the ''Tribulation Period' is ONLY lIMITED to the Final ''SEVEN YEARS'' of Daniel's 70th Week, they are LOCKED in an never ending debates and accusations and rebutals because both believe that there is ONLY a Single Phase of Rapture or Gathering of the Elect Christians.
The ''Tribulation Period'' recorded in the Book of Revelation, in my humble Bible Study is 3485 Days NOT 2520 Days (or SEVEN YEARS!)
There is another way of interpreting the Rapture in Scriptures which through understanding the HOLY LAND HARVESTS CYCLE wnich REVEALS GOD'S PLAN AND TIMETABLE (SCHEDULES) OF SALVATION ....the SPRING, SUMMER AND AUTUMN HARVEST or INGATHERING OF THE CHURCH typified by the HOLY CONVOCATIONS or ASSEMBLY of THE NATION OF ISRAEL. This WAS ON THE FEAST of PASSOVER, UNLEAVENED BREAD, FIRSTFRUITS , THE FEAST OF PENTECOST AND THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES SEASONS. The SPRING SEASON HARVESTS HAD BEEN FULFILLED , The FEAST OF WEEKS of the NEW WHEAT HARVEST PARTIALLY Fulfilled on PENTECOST in 33 AD, But the INGATHERING OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH BIRTHED 2000 YEARS AGO HAVE NOT OCCUR YET! WE ARE NOW IN THE DISPENSATION OF THE CHURCH (the SUMMER GAP) which is THE CHURCH AGE! THE PRETRIB RAPTURE OF THE SYMBOLIC ''MANCHILD'' (Rev 12:5) will be ON A YET FUTURE PENTECOST SUNDAY IN THE SUMMER SEASON and the AUTUMN GATHERING OF THE ''REST OF THE SEED'' (Rev 12;17) a.k.a. 'THE TRIBULATION SAINTS'' WILL BE ON A FUTURE ''YOM TERUAH'' OR FEAST DAY OF TRUMPETS , THE FINAL WHEAT HARVEST of the Great Tribulation Saints BEFORE the SECOND COMING OF CHRIST and THE DAY OF THE LORD'S WRATH

Matthew chapter 9 talks about Judas being there at the last supper. I think he did drink the wine. That makes what he did so much worse because he drank from the cup and still went against Jesus.

Post trib rapture, because when we are gathered in the clouds to meet jesus, he takes us to his fathers house, heaven, for 1,000 years in which satan is bound and prisoned in the abyss until the end of the 1000 years where he will be loosed and then destroyed and heavens and the earth made new where we will then live with jesus on earth under His house whereas the fathers house is heaven..

Where did Adam get his wife from?
Was not Eve taken out of Adam as a rib and formed by God?
So where does the scriptures say that Adam chose his wife or that Eve chose her husband?
    Ephesians 1:4-11 KJV
[4] According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: [5] Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, [6] To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. [7] In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; [8] Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; [9] Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: [10] That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: [11] In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Grace is not accepted -it’s received only because it’s a gift from God! Therefore we don’t accept Christ we receive by an act of His Power!
Now when the bride to be takes the cup she cannot refuse because she has The Willing New Heart as God Promised to exchange for the evil stony corrupt heart! Were born again and no longer unclean or common meaning sinners! We were cleansed by His Blood and Received The HolySpirit
