    I never understood why people go to the same major hub cities and complain about traffic. Atlanta LA Charlotte Chicago Miami Tampa DC Dallas Houston NYC. These places will have traffic people

      Exactly, that’s a fact of life…want good traffic, live in a city with less than a million people that takes 30 minutes to drive through it.

      @@wheretoliveindallastexas what's even more of a kicker traffic here isn't just accidents construction. I don't know if you know Arlington very well but there's an area going down the highway where Parks mall is where everyone constantly always stops and the nothing ever ahead of them that should stop them. They seem to stop and cause major backup for fun. at least it seems that way because it makes no sense that there's nothing to stop them but they stop anyways. If it is somebody who's just trying to cause trouble for people then cops need to actually give them tickets for doing it.

      I would say they they are very unpredictable, we get a few warning through spring and fall,but not many that actually land, the bigger and more common threat is hail storms and they kissy happen sporadically through spring and fall

    Im in Pearland and trying to pick between, houston, dallas and austin. Houston seems to be crazy violent but unsure, I've been in texas five months. I don't have a car. Going to work from home and order food/online shop. Im from Denver and I think Dallas is like Denver.

      @@GSM92 just depends, Dallas is more fast paced, if you want to be near the action i would recommend Irving, they have some really nice apartments in las colinas

    These reasons are silly honestly, and I'm not even from the DFW. These reasons are reflective in most major cities in the south. I've resided here 13 years. They forgot to mention relatively low cost of living, great job market, decent nightlife, great schools both in the city and burbs, lwo crime outside of city, metlitng pot( can find your niche somewhee

      Right. When I lived in Dallas in early 2000's hospitality was better. I moved back here this year an feel like I'm in demon territory

Nothing but a bunch of predatory transplants are moving to Dallas. Big city migration especially Californian migration destroyed Texas. Get out if and while you can.
