      The test is part of the fix.
      Improve your adducted and abducted internal and external rotation. Improve in pull aparts, face pulls, dislocations, and all rowing and pullups. If shoulders are in bad shape, lay off pressing while working on pulling for a cycle or at least lighten up or try variations that compromise the shoulders less, like the floor press (bench) and overhead pressing from pins.

    I’ve noticed your head/face always gets SO flushed w blood when you drop down; not just in this vid. Is that smthg or nothing?
