I've been watching a few of your videos now, and boy, are they awesome! Thank you for the great work (and skill) in 'filming' these little jetfighters as they evade the fastest animal on earth! What I really love about your videos is that it shows the true power, speed and agility of the racing pigeon. Hi Andrei, yet another fantastic video. How was your year with the racing. As i told you that i was looking after my fathers pigeons because of his health. We managed to score highly in the last 2 races which were the longest in the programme and it did give him a real buzz. Sadly he passed away a month ago but im still taking care of his birds and just yesterday i started with building my own loft. Please keep your videos coming over the winter as its always a good show. I hope this 1 hits the 1 million mark. i hope you and your family are well. Take care and happy flying.
Hi Graham, thank you. I am sorry for your father. I'm sure he was very glad you continue his hobby and his pigeons are in good hands. Good luck with the new loft and maybe post some videos too. As for racing, worth mentioning is that I got a bird from 1000 Km in the first day (evening after 9 pm) - first time for me and unforgettable.
@@Pigeonmaniacom Hi Andrei great news about you getting a pigeon from that distance on the day. I have timed from France not at that distance its around 450 miles to me. It is such a great feeling and i can understand the feeling you got from it. You should show it on a video. Yes work on the new loft continues and im really excited to getting it done. Stay safe.
Presenting the 22 finalist pigeons from Season 5. They survived hundreds of falcon and hawk attacks and this is a mix of the most intense attacks I could film. About 75% of these pigeons have Ambassador's bloodline. More pigeons survived but I select only some of them for the free range stock loft - I move the others in the racing team for the club. I continuously evaluate them and I selected these 22 pigeons based on their immunity to disease, skill in avoiding bird of prey attacks and flying duration. Flying duration is a deciding factor because in the days when there are a lot of attacks, some pigeons fly less and hide in the loft. These 22 pigeons were in the air most of the time when the loft was open. Season 6 has started and it's crazy.
