Diaz training on high ping and playing showmatches on high ping is like a body builder training with a weight vest starting at 5 years old. Can’t even imagine this beast on 40 ping
@@PladdenTim no i have been high ping on several games and the difference to a low ping is that once you get used to it which takes almost no time is that there are no more the weight vests as the comment said plus you have all your skillset, you lift off basically into the stratosphere and are able to do stuff you only once dreamt of being able to pull off and yea no one catches up to your speed cause they moving like slow motion.

The documentary style youtube videos would go crazy if kc won worlds, and I would watch every single one. Also I dont understand how people have time and effort to be a hater of a specific teen gamer. Its just wild
High ping has one big advantage nobody is talking about, you and your fans have an excuse if you lose. That takes a lot of pressure off your shoulders.

RW9 proved that a ping difference of around 50 can be brutal when pro players are playing, their level of precision is way higher than a casual GC. No wonder that when RW9 played Mawkzy on low ping it was a sweep.
it was always a sweep but mawkzy starts using dirty tactics like demo or bumping and stops playing rocket league anymore to hide his lower skillset that many fail to see past them and it works unfortunately.
I am a bit upset about the pause. The ridiculous pause. Asking for the match and then having it set up, only to bail and come back 2 hours later. My goodness

Because first of all, Vatira challenged Diaz, so at least he should play at a higher ping, or alternate the servers between these two, the fact is that diaz is insane but you can't require from him something that the ping turns impossible, but for sure, after this match we can affirm that diaz is #1 rn
If I told Diaz's opponents they had to also play half the games on SAM servers, Diaz would have no opponents. You can't convince EU/NA players to jump to high ping when they have no practice in it. They will just decline the match. It sucks, but diaz has decided its better than declining matches
@@Feerim not blaming you but NA and EU stay getting all the privileges as always, while SAM players have to absolutely excel in order to even get some attention, that puts diaz on top of the 1s game worldwide imo

Not gonna lie, your explanation of why Diaz has to play high ping is pretty dumb. switch servers every 2 games and make it fair. Vati challanged him, therefore vati should be forced to at least play a few games in the match on high ping.
Unfortunately, if I required that of the players, they would just not play. Because unlike Diaz, they are unwilling to play any games on high ping like that. I can almost guarantee that had Vatira known that going into it he'd have to play half the games on SAM servers, he just would not have challenged him.
Diaz has thousands of hours playing on a high ping.. the EU/NA players would barely have 100. it's that simple mate, we give kudos to the Sam/Mena guys because it's a different game they have to adapt to while playing on those ping differences.

As a french, Diaz seems amazing. He is, for me, as the same mechanical level than Zen. I have already tell friend that are not watching 1v1 to check him out in future lans. It is a shame that he will not compete for worlds with Complexity (Furia thow \_/ ).
The format against SAM/ MENA players should require one high ping win. Either make it so the match point is on SAM/ MENA servers or even let them choose what high ping game they want to attempt first, in case they think match point is somehow unfair. The way things are currently done is not fair at all. It could even be that when it's a tied match point they play low ping, but right now this is not sportsmanlike and honestly shameful of americans/ europeans.

I'm not particularly a Diaz or Vatira fan, but Diaz on equal ping, regardless of experience playing high ping, the quality of the game play would be better from Diaz. I don't think he would have dropped a single game. Defending on high ping takes unreal talent.
Seriously, what happened to the good servers. I used to get 140 ping on the good EU servers and 200 on the bad ones but I tried getting a good one for a private match with friends with no luck. We attempted it like 20x btw. I thought it was just a temporary thing but the way this game is going, I'm convinced they've taken them down.
Diaz still had pretty high ping and we're spectating from Feers POV so theres gonna be a bit of client/server desync. I imagine on Diaz' client he got the reset clean.
@@Cheeri0zRLresets are determined on the server, that’s why you’ll get those lag resets sometimes where you think you get a reset on your screen but after you flip the car bugs out Doesn’t really matter in this case imo cus it looks like a normal reset to me but though it was just worth pointing out
people are clowning on you but actually for a bit, Central servers were giving better ping despite what you'd think. We tried both. 190 for Central and 170 for East
Tbf I don't know exactly where the eastern servers are located. If they're only in the new England area then Texas might actually be closer geographically

The Problem is, when u are used to play on high ping, than u may not play god at low, because u are used to play on high ping :)
