My wife and l just saw this and it was awesome, our 79 sat in our shop for over ten years “due to racing” and we couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces the first time we drove it on the road after restoring her.

Please do not change. You have multiple gifts, and one is the fact that you got me watching all your stuff. You are a natural teacher and great mechanic that respects the craftsmanship of my favorite vehicle. My dad passed away and left my brothers and I his 63 roadster with a 454 ls6. Drum brakes are mfkn scary! No power steering, seat belts, or dual master cylinder. The way it was, but with 450 ft lbs of torque. 4:11 gears for the quarter mile. It is the car I rode home in when I was born. Blah blah blah, keep up the awesome content! ~Corey

Hay Ben, this was one of your more satisfying videos, I pretty sure I've watched all of your work, but I have had 6 corvettes, and this poor boy was looking as it was headed to your 'bone Yard" but this is going to be interesting to see what you have planned for it. I always love seeing one more saved from the crusher. In a "Throw Away World" it is great to see history saved one more time. Thank you for the excellent videos.

Parts cars are always nice to have around. There worth it every time you need a special bolt, screw or clip that GM discontinued 30 years ago.

_From put out to pasture, to back on the road again with a decent engine, plus many new components. Been watching your channel for years, and have personally spoke to you about my car(s). Thank you for saving another chrome bumper white diamond in the rough. A job well done Ben! @@TheCorvetteBen Sorry. I do not understand too much about Corvettes.
So, I assuming, since it is fiberglass over a chassi, if the chassi is not rusted, you can put it together again with good parts like a puzzle, what is not so easy with other cars where, if the interior get wet for so long, the monocoque get rusted in so many places that becomes very difficult to do a proper restoration. Is that right? Thank you for the reply.
