    dalawa uri luto ng tinapa o smoke fish, dry and fresh. yung dry khit 1 week 'di masisira, yang fresh ay good for 1-2 days. khit pa eref mo iba na lasa. yung dry mahalaga sa mga mahilig sa sahog lalo na sa lib lib o walang ref talagang subok na nmin sa probinsya. masarap fresh sa isang araw lalo na bagong luto. sige salamat brother sa pag share mo sa amin. sanay kaawaan ka ng Diyos lalo na mga pamilya mo.     Woooo Sarap naman. Makabulig=gawa nga niyan sa probinsiya. Pero de-bone ko muna. Marami kaming bangus sa fish farm. Sarap ng buhay province talaga. Kaso ito stranded pa kami sa US Dahil sa covid. Pero waiting na sa second dose ng baksin sa wakas. Enjoyed watching.

      Halos kasin laki ito ng Aparador, at May pipe na size 3 PBC ito sa taas pasingawan ng usok,
      At sa bandang ibaba nman may butas sa bandang likod sinlaki ng bola ng tennis, para magsirculate ang hangin..

      Tiyaking mainit ang Tubig bago ilubog ang Bangus yung ibig ng kumulo, gaano katagal? 3 to 4 minutes, pag nakita mong pumuti na
      Yung balat sa mata, hanguin kaagad
      at ingatan ang pag hango, kasi pag Di iningatan, matatalupan pa pangit ang tinapa,
      Kusot lang ang gamit ko, kc matagal itong umusok, at Di nhihilaw..

      Kailangan kumukulo ang Tubig, pag nakita mona na namuti na yung mata ng Bangus, at Hindi na malinaw yung mata hanguin kaagad, mga 2 minuto lang pag maliit yung bangus, 3 minuto pag malaki,

      Kapag tinapa 2day lang pag walang ref. Pag nka ref. nman Hindi sya masisira kahit ilang buwan.

      Kapag 1/2 kilo lang ang Bangus, nasa 160 pesos, yung tag 1 kilo mga 270 pesos..
