Good shout. Also the early guesses should give you more points. Maybe more like 10-8-5-2-1. My big issue here is whoever is setting the clues needs to make it such that by the second clue there should only be one possible answer. Otherwise there's no point guessing early if it could be a bunch of guys. The early clues shouldn't be vague, they should be really obscure and specific. Vagueness is boring meaning you can only win through luck, whereas being specific and obscure rewards players knowing stuff.
@@Punkis3lf I don't think they should be made easy at all! I'm saying that the clues should be such that they are only true for one person, and that the earlier clues should be based on the most obscure information. The current approach seems to be make the first clue vague information which correctly applies to multiple players therefore making it impossible to identify the correct answer without guessing. As an example, you could give a player's slashline in that year as the first clue, knowing that is one of a kind.
I'm going to be that guy, Ryan was right, Murphey was a 2016 and 2017 Silver Slugger Winner not 15 and 16. Love all Jomboy baseball videos and warehouse games though. Would have guessed Juan Pierre for the triples question so clearly I don't know everything. (Got Zack Britton though)
Proud to say I got Jered Weaver immediately from the 5 point hint. His Cy Young race with JV created a little rivalry with him and the Tigers and his meltdown over Magglio Ordoñez and Carlos Guillen was one of my favorite memories as a young Tigers fan
Carl Crawford didn't lead the MLB in Triples in 2005 or 2006, only 2004. Also Daniel Murphy had 15 errors in 2014 and didn't win a Silver Slugger in 2015. He won the Silver Slugger in 2016 and 2017.
To be fair hyun Jin Ryu is still active in Korean baseball league. I believe he is expected to play there till 2032 or something. Got a massive signing at age of 36
This game would be much more fun if both players just guess each round. Whoever guesses 1st has to guess 2nd the next round (if their guess is incorrect).
Jolly you're still mad about the Mets letting Murphy walk to DC in 16', Im still mad about what Murphy did to my Dodgers in 15' NLDS. still stings but winning 2 WS titles since then does ease the pain a bit
I can no longer sit idly by and I can no longer remain quiet. I need answers. We ALL need answers. Why is Ryan Cohen intentionally leaning into the Jeff Hostetler look?
Jolly, you don’t bring Daniel Murphy back because he made a bunch of disparaging comments about homosexuals. I just don’t remember if that came out that offseason or a later one in his career.
If you are going to do trivia get the facts right. Murphy was wrong and crawford only led the AL in triples 04-06 in 04 he led the mlb but 05 and 06 was jose reyes for the mlb
Seeing all these pro-rourke comments make me realize I’m aging out of this channel. The obnoxious yankees fan bit is infinitely less funny after your 30th bday
Every player in the videos seems to be pulled from the same pool of 2013 Topps baseball cards. Use some RNG or something. It's so repetitive. Just study 2013 MLB and win every game.
Maybe if you guess wrong, you only get locked out for one more hint? Else it feels like too much of a disincentive to guess early
Good shout. Also the early guesses should give you more points. Maybe more like 10-8-5-2-1.

I agree if you get the 4 pointer wrong you can guess again at the 2 pt level otherwise the opponent can just wait a get an easy 2 pts
@@superchaddiWhat would be the point of making the questions easy? It's supposed to be a challenge...
@@Punkis3lf I don't think they should be made easy at all!

@superchaddi Everything you said would make it incredibly easy though
This dynamic was excellent. Dan just fuming and Ryan just the most supportive competitor ever.
Dan and Ryan are hilarious together.
Rourke has been a nice add to the 4pm est upload crew, dude is hilarious
pissed off dan rourke brings me so much joy 😂 i love that guy
Dan's a legend. Him, Ryan, Joez and Jake are my favorite of the personalities
Rourke and Cohen are an elite duo in videos!
my fav two
I'm going to be that guy, Ryan was right, Murphey was a 2016 and 2017 Silver Slugger Winner not 15 and 16. Love all Jomboy baseball videos and warehouse games though. Would have guessed Juan Pierre for the triples question so clearly I don't know everything. (Got Zack Britton though)
Juan Pierre immediately game to mind for me as well
And his guess, Brain Dozier, was tied with Murphy for the league-lead with 15 errors. Pretty crazy.
Not gonna lie Juan Pierre came to
mind as well
How is Jolly gonna get his own team’s guy’s stats so wrong 😭 Murphy had 15 errors at 2B in 2014, and won his Silver Sluggers in 2016 and 2017
I think he's still traumatized about the mets letting him walk, causing him to be unable to mentally hold on to related specifics.
it's a Jolly-thing
For what its worth, carl crawford only led MLB in triples in 2004. He led the AL in 05,06. Jose Reyes led MLB in 05/06.
Yeah I thought Reyes was the answer
Jolly going off about Daniel Murphy the same week the Mets sign Soto hurt as a Nats fan
Dan being so mad is hilarious man. Ryu I thought was the easiest one of the bunch that Crawford pull was sick
Ryan is the best personality at this company
It’s hilarious how much Dan cares
Rourke is a great add to the regulars and Ryan is a joy as always good vid!
I used to not like Rouke but now I freaking love him.
17:24 Jolly you’re talking about the Wilpons and trying to rationalize what they did is like talking to a brick wall
Been really enjoying Dan as a part of the crew
"Can you appreciate my other hints" lmao that got me
Rourke is hilarious!!
For #2, you should specify the movie when you say "Moneyball" because he's definitely mentioned in the book, as are the 3 starters.
"You underestimate my power"
"...I'm winning"
dead
The amount of Anakin quotes from RotS in this video was insane.
Last round is a bit brutal for factuality though don’t think it’ll make much of a difference! Murphy was 2016 and 2017 and had 15 errors not 14.
killer trio
i feel like the hints should be definitive hints that only include the player in question
Proud to say I got Jered Weaver immediately from the 5 point hint. His Cy Young race with JV created a little rivalry with him and the Tigers and his meltdown over Magglio Ordoñez and Carlos Guillen was one of my favorite memories as a young Tigers fan
Carl Crawford did not lead MLB in triples in 05 or 06, Jose Reyes did. Wild that Jolly whiffed on a clue where the actual leader was a Met
Jolly you need to double check your trivia.
Side bar: Where the hell did Ryan get that t-shirt? I must have it.
This is how you intro one of these games. Describing the game twice in a row was so silly
I mean. If Ryan didn’t give it to him, then Dan would have gotten blanked.
Rourke had a pretty good Anakin impression
Dan Rourke in the games is such a fun breath of fresh air
Ryan was right, Daniel Murphy did not win SS in 15, he won in 16&17
13:17 damn, I thought I had that with Rougned Odor but he led the MLB in 2B errors in the three following years an then the AL three more times.
When did Odor retire?
Day 123 of me complementing Ryan for being a stunning human
Inactive might be more appropriate than retired bc Ryu is still playing, just not in MLB.
Getting Murphy off the first hint was diabolical for me lol
Dan is hilarious on any competition lol
Correction: Daniel Murphy was the SS recipient in 2016 & 2017.
"you're jolly freaking olive" killed me
Keep the content coming guys! Love y’all l!
Rourke hilarious af for no reason 😂
Carl Crawford didn't lead the MLB in Triples in 2005 or 2006, only 2004. Also Daniel Murphy had 15 errors in 2014 and didn't win a Silver Slugger in 2015. He won the Silver Slugger in 2016 and 2017.
Crawford led AL (not MLB) in triples 2004-2006.
Unfortunate for Dan, first name that came to mind instantly for the last one for me was Murphy. Woulda been a sick tie-breaker scenario.
To be fair hyun Jin Ryu is still active in Korean baseball league. I believe he is expected to play there till 2032 or something. Got a massive signing at age of 36
At a certain point in this video, it looks like Dan is lounging on Ryan.
Jolly; "sucks dude" LOL
First hint and picture shows Red Sox and its Pedroia right off the bat. Most Red Sox fans should get it based on the picture alone.
Love these videos, would like it if people had to guess with every hint instead of the freeze, would be fun to see some wild guesses
Jolly, you have to give Dan like 7 Yankees to make it fair. You know that!
I was thinking of the same player Ryan guessed at 13:48 too.
Just left Jolly’s stream to watch this
Same lol
Ryan’s shirt is tough asl
I knew Carl Crawford and Dustin pedroia quick. I don't have to feel like an idiot anymore
Love the rapid fire content💯💯
I barely vaguely remember Jared Weaver's no hitter, being reminded of it.
I was thinking Melancon on the Britton round, had Murphy right away tho
No Red hit for the cycle between Eric Davis in ‘89 and Elly last year.
These videos give me life
The occasional errors in the quizzes are kind of troubling.
Dustin Pedroia (3 pt), Miguel Tejada (4 pt), Jered Weaver (5 pt), Hyun Jin Ryu (5 pt), Jose Reyes (5 pt), Zach Britton (5 pt) and Daniel Murphy (4 pt)
Banger episode and holy carl Crawford pull
I also guessed Uggla for the last one and homie had 11 errrors in 40 games at 2nd so he almost fuckin was the guess. lol
Ryan's shirt game on point
This game would be much more fun if both players just guess each round. Whoever guesses 1st has to guess 2nd the next round (if their guess is incorrect).
Gotta keep Dan in this game
God, I fucking love Jered Weaver
According to Baseball Reference, Brian Dozier had 15 errors in 2014? Daniel Murphy also had 15 in 2015 though...
This was brutal.
Jolly forgetting his own guy… Jose Reyes led all MLB in triples in 2005 and 2006. Crawford only led in 2004.
Got the first two by the first two hints. Get me on the show lol.
I like this game but maybe the first hint should reward 6 instead of 5 solely because idk
Ryu is active in KBO! I don't know if this counts tho
Why’d I get Pedroia off the picture alone 😭😭
Who's the other Dodgers/Jays pitcher with 20 wins? I'm not finding another. Closest I've found are Dave Stewart (18/19) and Ross Stripling (23/15)
Ted Lilly?
@Dodgers564 aah, yep. The list I had dug up was missing him.
Active here means in MLB? If yes then Ryu is valid. If no then Ryu is not valid since he's still playing in the KBO
Correction- Daniel Murphy won silver slugger in 2016-2017, not 2015-2016
I got Dustin Pedroia 1st try based solely off of the picture
Jolly you're still mad about the Mets letting Murphy walk to DC in 16', Im still mad about what Murphy did to my Dodgers in 15' NLDS. still stings but winning 2 WS titles since then does ease the pain a bit
I can no longer sit idly by and I can no longer remain quiet. I need answers. We ALL need answers. Why is Ryan Cohen intentionally leaning into the Jeff Hostetler look?
Jared weaver threw a no hitter in 08 and lost! Misleading question
So Dan really had 0 points lol.
I got Pedey by just the first hint and photo
The number of mistakes in these facts is kind of absurd.
Jolly, you don’t bring Daniel Murphy back because he made a bunch of disparaging comments about homosexuals. I just don’t remember if that came out that offseason or a later one in his career.
Daniel Murphy did NOT win a silver slugger in 2015 he won it in 2016 and 2017
Do not take the photo off
bring back color photos
Day 22 of asking what I would have to do to become a JM Baseball member.
If you are going to do trivia get the facts right. Murphy was wrong and crawford only led the AL in triples 04-06 in 04 he led the mlb but 05 and 06 was jose reyes for the mlb

First back to back days
5 minutes and under 100 likes gang!
and the 5th comment
Maybe it just me, but I swear Dan Rourke is shooting to be the most unlikable person on this channel.
its just you
Never been so early
You know im a hardcore Redsoxs fan that I guessed laser show in the second clue 🫡
